The Apartment itself is a luxury Penthouse that is newly built and renovated for 2010. It is furnished to a very high standard and has it's very own balcony that boasts stunning views right across Carbis Bay.
The sitting room area has two luxury brown leather settees and oak furniture with a 42 inch wall mounted television and dvd player, wifi.
There is a kitchen/sitting room and a separate dining area where patio doors fold right back to reveal the outside balcony, on which are two wicker chairs and a table.
There are two Double bedrooms in the apartment. Bedroom one has a double bed and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
The second bedroom has two single beds with a separate second bathroom with a walk in shower which is situated immediately next door.
Both bedrooms have also have a wall mounted 32 inch TV with built in DVD player.
An ipod and cd music centre is provided along with a selection of board games for both children and adults.
The kitchen is Bespoke and has a dishwasher, a fresh filtered water tap, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and coffee machine. All crockery is white china. There is also a washing machine,, iron and ironing board.
There is also a communal garden for use of the flats with garden furniture with a private path from the garden that links up with a 5 minute walk to Carbis Bay beach.
Parking is situated immediately outside the front of the building and there are only four small flights of stairs to the penthouse front door.

Cornwall is the southernmost part of Britain, and therefore has a relatively warm and sunny climate. Cornwall is recognised as one of the "Celtic nations" by many Cornish people, residents and organisations. It retains a distinct cultural identity, reflecting its history, and modern use of the formerly extinct Cornish language is increasing.
There are popular surfing destinations in Newquay and Porthtowan. Cornwall is also home to the world's largest greenhouse in The Eden Project.
The St Ives / Carbis Bay area
It's just a five minute walk from the apartment to a large Tesco superstore and five minutes by either a car, taxi or bus is St Ives town itself.
There is also a short coastal path that leads from the apartment into St Ives where you can enjoy some beautiful views whilst walking into the town.
For its size, you will be amazed at how much a relatively small town like St Ives as to offer.
As well as a great selection of shops, pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants, the town also has an indoor swimming pool, cinema, bus station, a train station and even its very own Tate Gallery.
There are several fantastic beaches in and around St Ives and Carbis Bay and a favourite for sunbathers and surfers. Most of them have a cafe or restaurant and shops to buy your buckets, spades and ice creams.
From the harbour, there are regular boat trips where you can either try your hand at fishing, or just sit back and take in the beautiful coastline.
Just two minutes drive from the apartment is one golf course and within ten minutes drive in the opposite direction is another.
There are trekking centres very nearby if you like horse riding and plenty of lovely places to
walk or ride mountain bikes.
You are never far from the A30 either which means you can explore the rest of Penwith too.
