The house enjoys some of the most beautiful coastal views in Cornwall. Its elevated position provides views across West Cornwall Golf Course to the sweeping 2 mile Hayle sands and beyond to Redruth 8 miles away. The house shares a quiet position with four other properties surrounded by the golf course and open fields. The first floor is mainly open plan to take advantage of the views and includes a large balcony overlooking the sea. The front garden has a circular patio next to the golf course whilst the rear garden is mostly laid to lawn with views over open fields. The house has been furnished to a high standard and has a number of luxury features. Lelant is a quiet village that borders the Hayle estuary.

Best route, M5 to Exeter, A30 West, take St.Ives exit and follow signs to St.Ives. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout then take the second exit at next roundabout towards St.Ives. You are entering Lelant. Turn right after the Badger Inn signposted Golf Links. Follow the road past the golf course and take the next right. Enjoy the view! then take the second access on the left. The house is then the nearest one to the sea By train to St. Erth on the London to Penzance service. Then take the St.Ives brach line to Lelant. It is possible to walk to the house ... go right out of the station follow the road which then bears ledt up a hill. At the top of the hill turn right on the T junction. You are now on Church Lane and can proceed past the golf course as above.
By air to Newquay Airport then bus/ taxi
