"Great little house with only a few improvements needed"

Stayed here for a week with the family and overall the house is very good. It's great if the weathers not good or if you've kids as it has the full SKY HD package & internet access. It would really only sleep 6 adults, there is a camp bed which would be fine for a kid for a week but an adult would struggle.
Overall it's a lovely place, I did struggle to cook with the lack of utensils for the oven but all the basics are there. I would definately recommend that the owner spends a little more on kitchen utensils. The shower is also tiny, it's the smallest shower any of us were ever in, you can barely turn around in it so expect to take baths when you're there if you get claustrophobic!

Good little garden area out the back and confortable seats in the living room. Pretty close to St Ives which you need to go to, there's nothing in Carbis Bay itself. Bit of improvment needed on the communication from the owner and early departure time of 10am, people standing outside waiting for you to leave from just after 9 in the morning which is a bit invasive. Kind of felt like right we've got your money now so get out.

Overall, a few minor adjustments needed but I guess it's only been a rental property for a short while and I'm sure they'll get there.

"Perfect base, great location"

A really lovely house, well equipped, nicely furnished & very comfortable. We were a party of 4 adults & 3 young children so wanted somewhere convenient yet comfortable with parking for 2 cars. Rooms really good size & a great garden - kids loved it! Carbis Bay is a lovely location & we enjoyed walks to the beach, local pub & St Ives. Would definitely book again & recommend to all!
