About the home

The three bedroom property is within easy reach of Hayle and it's "Three Miles of Golden Sands" and a ten minute drive from the quaint cobbled streets of St Ives. The St.Ives Bay area consists of numerous beaches giving families or couples endless opportunities to explore.

Kerrow Lodge has an open plan living /dining area, kitchen, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a lounge sofa bed, two bathrooms making the property ideal for families. Bed linen and electricity are included.

Kerrow Lodge has a sunny outdoor patio area, with a picnic style bench for outdoor dining.. There is free parking nearby. The use of all the facilities are included in the price.

Conditions

Deposit// Payment:
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure a booking. The final balance is then due 6 weeks before the letting date.
There is also a £75 refundable deposit against excess cleaning, damages and keys.This is due with the final balance. I regret no all male, all female or mixed sex groups under the age of 25 years are permitted. The holiday park has strict rules on this. It is a family orientated holiday park.

The West Country / Cornwall region

Cornwall was voted Best UK Holiday destination in 2009 its climate is warmed by the Gulf Stream giving a mild temperature all year round. The coastal paths offer great walks giving stuning views and tranquility. The beautiful golden sandy beaches of the area offer fun days for families and there are many opportunities for great surfing. Porthmeor beach St Ives and Hayle 3 miles of golden sands both have a thriving surfing culture and Lifeguard cover.

However if you feel like a day out with the family, explore a little further and a short easily accessible drive can lead you to amazing sub-tropical gardens such as The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project or visit Lands End, The Minack Theatre, art galleries such as the Tate Gallery St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum. A short ten minute drive to Penzance and it is possible to go on day trips to the unique Isles of Scilly, either by helicopter or by sea on the Scillionian ferry.

The St Ives / Hayle area

St Ives Bay extends from the Cornish Town of St Ives in the west, with its cobbled narrow streets and picturesque harbour and beaches to Godrevy Lighthouse on the eastern side. It is a wonderful area for a great seaside holiday. Hayle beaches are quiet and the sand dunes allow you to find secluded peaceful sun-bathing areas. St Ives has many restaurants and pubs for dining and evening entertainment.
For you grocery needs, Hayle has a local Co-op a Lidl store and Marks and Spencer with food hall while St Ives has a Tesco store.

Local attractions include Paradise Park Hayle,RSPB Hayle Estuary site, Flambards Theme Park Helston, The Blue Reef Aquarium Newquay.
