In the photograph it can just be seen, in the middle, nestling in the trees (it is the same as 'Owl Lodge' on the right in the view).Set in mature gardens to provide some privacy you will have your own patio, picnic table with bench seats and open views across the pasture and woodland - perfect for just whiling away a few hours.Double glazed throughout there is an inner hall, a sitting/dining room with a door to the patio and an open plan fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave and gas cooker. Then there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2'6" beds), a utility room which is handy for storing your luggage and a bathroom with hand-basin, w/c and a continental style bath with shower. For your personal benefit whilst you are here you are able, rather than have an arbitrary higher amount hidden in your rental, to pay just for the electricity you intend to use. Therefore the less you intend to use, the less you pay. As a guide; average use from the beginning of May to the end of September in 'Swallow Lodge' (gas included) is about 40p per day. For added comfort, when required, there are convector heaters and a 'log effect' stove. 'Swallow Lodge' sleeps a maximum of 4 - cot only by arrangement.
