"Great location, pity about the size of the house!"

The location of this property is just fantastic. It is about 200m from the Camel Trail which leads to Padstow and Wadebridge. We found it was quicker and easier to cycle into Padstow along the Camel T… More

Thank you for your review and I am glad to hear that you loved the cottage and specifically its location however I am sorry to learn of your issues with Trailside; all customer feedback is invaluable to us and the owner. Your comment that the property was clean and tidy is especially welcome by the owner and their housekeeper. On reviewing the property details I note that we advertise Trailside Sleeping 2-4, this indicates the maximum number of adults + children that can be comfortably accommodated in the property. On reviewing the property description I see that we have stated “The spiral staircase continues up to a twin bedded room tucked into the apex of the roof with rural views from a Velux window and an ensuite WC with hand basin - best suited to children because of the low headroom.” In light of your comments we will certainly review the description and pass your comments on to the owner of the property. We understand that holidays are very important to clients and we endeavour to be as accurate as we can with our descriptions. We have many child friendly properties and we would be happy to discuss your requirements to help you choose the right property in the future. We hope that we can welcome you back to Cornwall.
