The large private swimming pool takes pride of place in the spacious, enclosed garden (approximately 800-1000m²) giving plenty of space for play and relaxation.
All the gardens are furnished with a pleasant gazebo 11.50m² and large terrace. There is a large lounge (40m²) with dining area with a good sized fitted kitchen area, 3 bedrooms,one of them with an ensuite shower room, a further bathroom and 2 separate toilets.
The kitchen (11.42 m²)is very well equipped with a dish washer, ceramic cooking hobs, a cooker hood, a fridge/freezer and an electric oven.
The 3 bedrooms are above 10m² each.
The bathroom measures 5.31m², the shower room measures 3.33m² and the separate toilet 1.40m² and 1.81m².
There is a double garage, where the garden furniture is stored.
BBQ are NOT allowed in this residence.
Shared heated pool and private pools, open from 15/05.
There is free WIFI access at reception.
The residence was built between 2006 and 2009.

The pool temperature, when heated is approximately 22 degrees but dependant on the weather and air temperature.
The villas in this residence are being built between 2006 and 2009 so please be aware there may be building work in progress.

"Les Fontenelles" Golf is well known locally for its good training facilities, it is a bocage course with water obstacles too as well as a oak and maritime pine section.- There are 25 Practice posts, 10 of which are covered, there is a pitching green , and 2 Putting greens.It is 6195m long ie a yardage of 6766, par 72, Slope 131. There is a pro shop and you can hire equipment too. The Poitou-Charentes / Vendee / Vendee region

The St Gilles Croix de Vie area
The popular port and town of St Gilles Croix de Vie is situated at 8km and the beach at approx 12 km.
You are within 3 km of the village Coex and the famous floral park.
Details of local sports facilities : horseriding, tennis, fishing, canoeing. The horse riding is nearby at only 800m.
There is fishing at the lake Gué Gorand 2km.

Driving from Nantes, take the direction signposted: Machecoul /Saint Philbert de Grandlieu. Once you get to Machecoul, follow signposts to Challans. On arrival at Challans take the direction to Les Sables d'Olonne. After approx 15 km you will get to a roundabout at a place called les 4 Chemins, here, take the left turn, signposted to Coex and The Golf des Fontenelles
