This attractive, comfortable south east facing one bedroom apartment (26m2) is easily accessed from the ground floor. It is in the perfect location only 3 minutes walk to the ski lift and within 10 minutes walk of the beautiful and charming town centre and all its amenities. Situated close to ski hire, boulangerie and other nearby shops, a bar and restaurant and with stunning views from the lounge and large balcony. Very well equipped for 4 people and furnished to a high standard. Comprises of a kitchen dining area including 4 plate hob, microwave/convection oven/grill, fridge, washing machine, TV/DVD/CD, sofa-bed. A double bedroom, bathroom and separate wc. Ski locker in basement and reserved parking for chalet.
Guests are greeted on arrival by our English property manager.
There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES, linen, towels, electricity, heating and cleaning are all included in the price – only local tourist tax to pay.

The Rhone / French Alps / Haute-Savoie region

Home to Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Europe, the Haute-Savoie region of France has some of the most stunning scenery to be seen anywhere in the world and provides visitors with endless opportunities for a wide range of summer and winter activities. The area is steeped in history and tradition, making it a fascinating area to visit. Close to both Switzerland and Italy the area is easy to get to. At 850 metres altitude the area provide visitors with a range of terrains from which to choose for their particular interests, whether it be summer or winter activity. The area is steeped in history and local traditions adding to a truly memorable holiday experience.

St Gervais Les Bains area

St Gervais is in the Megeve ski area and is only a short drive to Chamonix. Just a few minutes drive up the hill is the smaller resort of Les Contamines which has an outstanding snow record. Close by in Le Fayet are the famous thermal baths where you can try some of the many treatments available. There is an Olympic size ice rink, an historic tramway, a swimming pool and lots of other facilities and activities in the area. Close to Le Fayet is the popular Lake Passy. There are 2 good golf courses within a 1/2 hr drive - one in Megeve and one in Chamonix.

St Gervais is a real French working town, not just a holiday resort and so has a good range of local shops. There are some fantastic local products to buy and there are regular open air markets.
There are three supermarkets in the town and larger supermarkets at Le Fayet and Passy with a Carrefour about 20 minutes drive away. The town has a good selection of hotels and a range of bars and quality restaurants.

The beautiful city of Annecy is a place you must visit with its historic old town centre and stunning lake at the foot of the Alps. Italy and Switzerland can be easily reached from St Gervais within a hour, which makes it an ideal base to explore the surounding area.

By Plane

Geneva is the closest airport to St Gervais. Only 75km, mainly fast motorway and just under 1 hr drive. Chambery airport is 100km away. If you book your flights well in advance you can get some truly exceptional deals, particularly as our preferred rental weeks start on Mondays or Tuesdays when flights are at their cheapest. By Transfer - Car Hire

This is a fast and easy way to get to St Gervais and gives you flexibility for the rest of your holiday. Car hire is quick and easy at Geneva airport and the journey is simple.
