Home description
Our apartment is located approx 10 mins drive from the centre of St Gervais which makes it quicker to reach the 1st telecabine in the morning at Le Bettex. There are local shops and restaurants 5 mins away at Les Communailles and Le Bettex so driving to town daily is not necessary.
Newly redecorated and with a new bathroom and kitchen area. We have found it to be perfectly located in the winter. In the summer months there are numerous walks direct from the door and the pool and tennis court make it an ideal family base.

Situated in the heart of the French Alps, St gervais is a beautifully traditional french town, ideally located for skiing in the whole chamonix valley area. Other resorts all within a short driving distance include Les Houches, Argentiere, Les Contamines and Chamonix.
St Gervais Les Bains area
St Gervais is a lovely town with great amenities, which include a patinoire ( ice skating Rink), creches, ski schools, mountain guides and numerous bars and restaurants. In the summer there is a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and crazy golf course. A haven for walkers and mountain bikers in the summer months.

Further details indoors: Our apartment is situated in a little hamlet outside of the main town area, which is perfect for seasoned skiers / walkers but families also. On the mezzanine level we have a TV/DVD and sette bed in which to relax in the evening.
Further details outdoors: The property has the benefit of 2 balconies so sunlight fills the apartment all day, we have found this is ideal to watch the children playing outside with snowballs etc within the safety of our sight. The proximity of the ski bus is a wonderful benefit.
