Les Periades (apartment) & St Gervais (town) are a fantastic combination to enhance your enjoyment of the mountainous Mont Blanc region which is one of the most beautiful locations in France & Europe, visited by many in winter, summer & all the seasons, for skiing, climbing, mountain hiking & other outdoor activities.
Located within a few 100m of the Tramway du Montblanc, its your passport into the mountains stopping at the Les Houches ski domain in the winter & continuing to 2400m Nid d"Aigle after the snow melts. (used for main ascent/descent of Mont Blanc come climb the highest mountain in Europe at 4810m) Buy the Evasion Ski pass which covers 450km connected pistes including St Gervais, Megeve, Les Contamines, St Nicolas de Veroce, Les Houches & Combloux. The ski lifts are open from June to September so access the mountains for walking,climbing, mountain biking or just for a spot of lunch & great views.

This property is newly built, has lift access, furnished to a very high standard & is fully available for all year round booking. It is very well equipped as a home rather than just a holiday apartment so its perfect for longer stays.
This property has a well equipped kitchen & dining area; is spacious and airy, with 2 sets of french doors leading onto a large sunny balcony, perfect for private dining & sunbathing as there are great views & is not overlooked. Try a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or outside with your family and friends; as the sun sets enjoy the fantastic mountain (see pics) silhouette!
The apartment is only rented for some of the year & is normally occupied by the owner which results in a high standard of decoration, top quality furniture, fixtures & fittings together with:

We really enjoyed our stay in Saint Gervais and the apartment was superb! It had everything we needed, a sublime view from the terrace, nice and cosy, front room had beautiful high ceilings and all in all was a cracking deal for the 6 of us. The one room at the top that we didn't use didn't suit us. You had to go through the double bedroom at the top to get to it, so two of us were in two singles downstairs. The room would be fine with kids. The two couples had the upstairs and the downstairs doubles. Yep it was a good place to stay, well kept block of flats, with taste, the furniture in the flat was nice too. Nothing to complain about, can highly recommend! |

Generously equipped, modern and comfortable apartment. Kids were delighted to have access to Playstation, internet and separate tv, parents enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony enjoying the amazing views, including watching hot air balloons over the lake in the distance and deer feeding in the forest below. Short walk to restaurants, bakeries, small supermarkets, and weekly markets. Highly recommended. |

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for 6 nights - this apartment is not typical of skiing / mountain apartments I have stayed in before - it is far, far better. It is bright and airy with amazing views over the valley in St Gervais and a lovely big balcony which gets the sun in the afternoon and evening. Inside is a large open plan living room / dining kitchen with dining table for 8 and two large sofas which are extremely comfy! English tv is also available which is great if ou can't speak French! A selection of DVD's are also available plus iPod docking stations and wifi. The kitchen has everything you could need with a full size hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher too plus there is also a washer and drier in the hallway cupboard. There are four double bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs - they are all lovely and there are 2 bathrooms too. This apartment is truly luxurious and I would have no hesitation in returning for another holiday - I couldn't believe my luck when I walked through the door! The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the town of St Gervais and is an easy walk to go and get bread, etc and is in an excellent convenient location. |
