Les Periades (apartment) & St Gervais (town) are a fantastic combination to enhance your enjoyment of the mountainous Mont Blanc region which is one of the most beautiful locations in France & Europe, visited by many in winter, summer & all the seasons, for skiing, climbing, mountain hiking & other outdoor activities.

Located within a few 100m of the Tramway du Montblanc, its your passport into the mountains stopping at the Les Houches ski domain in the winter & continuing to 2400m Nid d"Aigle after the snow melts. (used for main ascent/descent of Mont Blanc come climb the highest mountain in Europe at 4810m) Buy the Evasion Ski pass which covers 450km connected pistes including St Gervais, Megeve, Les Contamines, St Nicolas de Veroce, Les Houches & Combloux. The ski lifts are open from June to September so access the mountains for walking,climbing, mountain biking or just for a spot of lunch & great views.

You are invited to experience; the friendliness & quality of mountain life, including regional food-drink (excellent restaurants in the town & in the mountains) & and enjoy the many local events that run all year round.

This property is newly built, has lift access, furnished to a very high standard & is fully available for all year round booking. It is very well equipped as a home rather than just a holiday apartment so its perfect for longer stays.

This property has a well equipped kitchen & dining area; is spacious and airy, with 2 sets of french doors leading onto a large sunny balcony, perfect for private dining & sunbathing as there are great views & is not overlooked. Try a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or outside with your family and friends; as the sun sets enjoy the fantastic mountain (see pics) silhouette!

The apartment is only rented for some of the year & is normally occupied by the owner which results in a high standard of decoration, top quality furniture, fixtures & fittings together with:

- Master bedroom has king size leather bed, Wall mounted TV & DVD, En suite bathroom,
- Second Bedroom with double leather bed, fitted wardrobes, TV with DVD player & Ipod Docking Station,

“TOP SPOT” Stayed at the apartment over Xmas and New Year 2011 with a party of 7 consisting of 2 family groups. The accomodation was ideal for our party with one family in the lower floor and the other family in the upper area. The kitchen was well equipped and we dined around the large table most evenings. Excellent location for Saint Gervais - which is a lovely town - and handy for the ski bus which is 5 minutes ride from the gondola which takes you to Le Bettex. The television with English channels, PS3, blu ray/dvd player and extensive collection of films helped to keep all amused at some point of the holiday and the lounge area was very comfortable. There is parking facilities for two vehicles and the apartment block is easy to find as you enter Saint Gervais. Had a great time and this apartment was the ideal base for our skiing holiday!!

“Excellent Short Break in St Gervais” We came for a wedding in mid-September and stayed at this apartment. It was very well equipped with a large open-plan living and dining area. We were just a couple so we only needed one bedroom but the apartment would comfortably sleep 8. The balcony has wonderful views. It obviously would be perfect for a skiiing holiday as it is near the Mont Blanc railway and other ski lifts. It's just a 5 minute walk to the bars and resataurants in the centre of St Gervais. We mostly ate out but the kitchen area is well-set up for cooking in-house. Very recommendable.

“excellent family holiday” fantanstic accomodation we rented the whole property so that our - two young children had a double/twin bedroom each upstairs ,further two bedrooms downstairs. Well equipped modern property.Surrounding area perfect for family holiday - restaurants, play area, ice cream all within walking distance. Local outdoor pool with great facilities - toddler pool and main pool. Near by Lac passey with beach and swimming. Cable car rides to keep everyone enterained. Near by towns Megeve, Chamonix all good for trips out.

“Perfect Accommodation for a Perfect Spring Holiday in the Alps!” I booked this place with a few friends for our spring getaway in the Alps, and it actually exceeded our expectations. Considering how large and spacious the apartment was, the price was very good. The couples had their privacy upstairs, but the living room and balcony were also large and comfy for friendly get togethers. We spend many evenings on the balcony watching the sunset and enjoying French wine - the view on the mountains was amazing! The whole apartment was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped (the selection of spices and cooking sauces was quite impressive), so the girls were happy to cook, while the boys were playing Playstation and watching the movies (pretty good selection of those too). Lovely place all round!
