The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with 2 sets of full size bunk beds, both have built in wardrobes.There is a well equipped kitchen and the living area has a double sofa bed allowing for flexible accommodation to suit families or groups. The living area has french windows opening onto a sizeable patio complete with picnic table and barbacue for al fresco dining during the sunny evenings. The underfloor heating throughout ensures that the apartment remains at a comfortable temperature throughout the winter months. There is supplementary heating in all rooms for your comfort. This is not a typical small "alps" type holiday apartment but a well designed home that will accommodate families or groups of friends allowing you to relax, enjoying your own space winter or summer.

St gervais, in the Haute Savoie is superbly situated in a spectacular valley at the foot of the majestic Mont Blanc. Just a 50 minute drive from Geneva airport this area is easily accessible. The Haute Savoie region contains many pretty traditional towns and villages including St Gervais, a 19th century spa town. Located between Chamonix and Megeve, St Gervais is surrounded by soime of the most spectacular scenery in Europe. The savoyard cuisine is excellent and can be enjoyed in the traditional restaurants in the area
St Gervais Les Bains area
A pretty 19th century spa town, St Gervais remains traditional and charming. The beautiful alpine buildings are complemented by stunning floral displays in the summer and magical lights in the winter. There is a range of small supermarkets and traditional shops. A good selection of cosy bars and restaurants can be found. The Evasion ski pass includes St Gervais, Megeve, Combloux, St Nicholas, Cote 2000 covering 400km of piste plus Les Houches from the tramway du Mont Blanc and Les Contamines. There is skiing and snowbaording to suit all abilities with snow parks at St Gervais and Les Contamines. Many of the slopes are tree lined offering varied and spectacular terrain. The pistes are generally much quieter than those found in larger resorts. The summertime in St Gervais is perfect for all outdoor activities. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool open from mid june to september, cycling for all abilities, with hiring of bikes from local shops. The walks are magnificent and endless again for all abilities. The tourist office offer advise and maps. There is a crazy golf, the ice rink, the cable cars, horse riding... the list is endless
How to get there
St Gervais is easily accessible being just under 1 hours drive form Geneva airport. Low cost carriers fly into Geneva allowing you to take advantage of cheap flights. Driving is also very straightforward taking about 8 hours from the ports of Calais/. The TGV also stops at Le Fayet, the village below St Gervais, enabling you to use train links from Paris if you wish

Table seats 8 people. Shower room with toilet and separate bathroom with washbasin and washing machine - ideal for families or groups. Two sets of comfortable full size bunk beds, a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed. There is plenty of storage with built in wardrobes in both bedrooms and substantial shelving and storage cupbaord in the hallway.
Further details outdoors: The apartment is located in a newly built block and benefits from a ground floor location with its own terrace and garden plus direct access to the communal garden. There is private parking for the block and disabled parking immediatley next to the apartment. There is a ski locker for your use. Bars, bakery and ski hire within a 2 minute walk

A deposit of 1/3rd of the rental cost is required to confirm the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. An english/french speaking couple will be there to meet you on arrival and ensure you have a hassle free stay. Linen and towels are provided at a supplement. All beds will be made up for your arrival and a welcome pack will be waiting so you can begin your holiday straight away Changeover day is normally a Sunday but we can be flexible to allow you to take advantage of low cost airlines
