The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 persons in one large double bedroom + cabin area in large hallway with sturdy bunk-beds. This property is spacious and airy, with French doors leading onto a East facing balcony, perfect for a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or dining outside with your family and friends & as the sun sets enjoy the fantastic mountain view of the Domes de Miage

St Gervais is well placed for travel to both Chamonix (mountaineering capital of Europe) & Megeve (one of the oldest ski resorts in the Alps "french chic") and could be described as somewhere between the two!.

Saint Gervais "Mont Blanc" consists of charming savoyard market towns & villages, traditional building, beautiful hamlets, Baroque Style Churches & wonderful views throughout the seasons.
It offers a huge playground of mountain activities from 580 to 4810m, summit of montblanc and has been used as a base to explore the high mountains with local guides since1864.
The St Gervais Les Bains area
Take the mont blanc tramway into the heart of the mountains alongside the Bionassey Glacier and to the "Voie Royale" the path to Mont Blanc; then maybe a cable car to le Bettex & Mont d'Arbois for exceptional panorama. We had a very enjoyable stay here. The apartment is well located, just a very short walk to the free bus stop and is very well furnished. The photographs do not do it justice it is more spacious than the photos imply. There is a local person who manages a number of holiday properties who was very helpful and approachable. We will be coming back. |
