An extremely spacious and well proportioned apartmernt fitted out to the highest standard with attention to detail. Situated in the perfect location this first floor apartment enjoys a sunny south facing aspect and a very large balcony running around the apartment on 2 sides. If you want to arrive at your apt and start your holiday straight away, this is for you. All beds are made up for your arrival, services on, and a welcome pack of provisions waiting for you with a full check in given. This property can also be booked with our other apartment next door also advertised on this site as property number 13926. Ideal for larger groups who want to be together yet have their own privacy too.

The bed configurations listed for four persons are the standard. There are other bed configurations available to suit particular needs (an additional charge may apply). Cots and high chairs are available at no extra charge. All furnishings are of a very high standard.and the kitchen is well stocked for those who want a quality self catering experience. The bathroom has a fitted shower over the bath and a washer dryer.There is also the benefit of a large private locked cave suitable for mountain bikes skis and snow boards. There is also ample free private parking available .

You will be greeted on arrival and have the benefit of an English / French speaking contact on hand to call on if you have any problems. Airport transfers, ski school, ski hire, restaurants and shopping can all be organised for you.

Conditions

Cleaning of the apartment on departure is included in the rental charge. Laundry including bedlinen, towels, tea towels,bath mats are all provided at a supplementary charge based on party size. Extra bed changes or cleaning can be orgainised at an extra charge during your stay if required. Refundable deposit is required which will be returned after check out. Payment can be accepted in Euros.

The Rhone / French Alps / Haute-Savoie region

The Haute (High)Savoie department of the Rhone Alps region boasts some of the most stunning mountain scenery to be seen anywhere in Europe, having the added advantage of being very close to Switzerland and Italy with easy access to both. The altitude and geology of the area, provide visitors with a range of terrains from which to choose for their particular interests, whether it be a summer or winter activity. The area is steeped in history and local traditions, adding to a truly memorable experience in all respects. The climate is such that there are defined seasons which provide excellent conditions throughout the year.

The St Gervais Les Bains area

St-Gervais is a small spa town situated at 850m above sea level and located some 15 minutes drive from vibrant Chamonix on one side and cosmopolitan Megeve on the other. The town boasts a very grand past thanks to the Mont Blanc railway (France's highest) which runs through the town up to towards the foot of Mont Blanc where it terminates at the breathtaking Bionnassay Glacier. There is also a Gorge running through the town which has provided St-Gervais with the Parc Thermal which people have visited for the qualities of the spa water and treatments that can be obtained there since 1806. St-Gervais has retained it's beautiful Alpine character, whilst managing to adapt to meet it's growing popularity amongst those seeking the best of the great outdoors all year round. Throughout the summer season and into autumn St Gervais hosts a number of outdoor events, ranging from fetes to music festivals. Along side this one can enjoy the floral displays in the village and the greenery of the mountains whilst either relaxing at a bar or restaurant or by the pool or enjoying one of the many outdoor activities available in the mountains. For the keen walker or mountain bike enthusiast or climber there are endless opportunities available to enjoy these activities whether alone or guided. During the winter season St Gervais falls within the vast Evasion Mont Blanc ski area offering over 400km of skiing not forgetting the snow park. If this is not enough there are other resorts just a short car journey away. With the onset of the winter ski season and through to the new year there are a number of firework displays to mark various key dates and celebrations.The list of activities goes on and on. Whatever the outdoor enthusiast seeks it can be found whether it be paragliding, canyoning,climbing or ice skating in the local ice rink where St Gervais' premier league team are based. St Gervais has a range of shops, bars and restaurants which cater for all tastes and budgets.
