Also close to the prestigious Sea Caves area, being tucked away from any busy road, you are 1 of only 5 villas in an elevated position with views to the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. You are only a short drive from the bustling village of Peyia, well stocked with taverns, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks etc. Coral Bay is a few minutes by car, with its safe sandy beach, water sports and selection of restaurants, cafes and shops amongst other amenities. Right on your doorstep is the Akamas Peninsula, totally unspoilt, beautiful scenery, somewhere to escape to for peace & quiet… The villa is approximately 15 minutes from Paphos, with the ‘Old Town’ and the harbour. Here you have an abundance of shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, banks, supermarkets etc. Every visitor to this region should explore the ‘Tomb of the Kings’ archaeological site and the mosaics… There are many tourist attractions in the region, including horse riding, water park, go-karts, boat trips, cinema, bowling to mention a few. Paphos International Airport is approximately a 25 – 30 minutes drive.

The Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the second twin bedroom with en suite shower room are both located on the second floor. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning. The main living area, well equipped kitchen, dining area and large covered balcony are all on the first floor. This kitchen area is well equipped with all one could need on holiday and you have a dining table for 6. There is a washing machine on the ground floor for the quests use, if required.
Further details outdoors: This desirable residence enjoys a lovely outlook over banana trees behind and to the sea and St Georges Island beyond. There is a good size covered area close to the swimming pool for some relief from the sun… The house has a private driveway with ample parking and is fully equipped to sleep 6 adults comfortably with the addition of a sofa bed, if required for extra guests.
