DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR
The villa's interior is most impressive with too many features to mention and includes imported flooring from Denmark, Italian lighting and German appliances throughout.
The villa is accessed by private driveway into the large wooden main door of the villa. The first area accessed is a large reception area equipped with sofas and immediately affords views of the private pool, the Sea and St George's island. To the left is the 'Winter Room' which is a large comfortable seating area with sofas to seat 6 with a large open fire place which when used creates an amazing warm, homely atmosphere for cooler off-season evenings. The reception area and Winter Room has full views of the Sea through the large glass slding doors which lead out on to the pool terrace.
The reception area leads along a small corridor and to the first 'bunk room' and an adjacent shower-room/wc. The bunk room features 4 x single sized beds, a desk and chair, fitted wardrobes, tall mirror and a stand-up portable fan. Access from this room can be gained through a large lockable wooden door out to the rear table-tennis area.
The adjacent shower room is fitted with a large walk-in shower with rain-head shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail (a feature of all bathrooms).
Continuing through the ground floor you pass a cupboard which houses the villa's wi-fi router and music system which allows music to be played in the kitchen and outside terrace. This is further controlled from within the kitchen.
The kitchen holds a central area in the ground floor and is one of the most impressive areas of the house. The area is characterised by a large 5m x 2m centre island which is perfect for socialising round on the stools (6) provided whilst having a glass of wine and preparing lunch or dinner. The kitchen is superby equipped with everything you can think of with the main appliances being of the designer German make 'Gaggenau'. This includes double oven, 3ft wide fridge/freezer and 4 burner gas hob with large feature extractor all in stainless steel finish. A table and chairs seats 10. Cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery is supplied in abundance with many extras making it all but a chef's standard kitchen. A water dispenser is also supplied for convenience. Spotlights make for a great evening atmosphere and ceiling fans assist with circulation as do the large patio doors which lead out on to the large shaded terrace. You can easily amble out from the kitchen to the terrace where 2 large stone tables allow alfresco dining whilst admiring the views or watching the kids play in the private pool.
The kitchen also leads on to the 'island room' aptly named due to the stunning views of St George's island from the patio doors at the end. The island room is perfectly set up for sitting with a coffee or lying back on the sofas watching a DVD or your favourite programmes on the 42'' flat screen TV. A playstation is also available for further entertainment. There is also a balcony to enjoy the views and amazing sunsets.
The island room leads to a King-Sized Bedroom which hosts a wall mounted 42'' TV & desk. There is benefit of an en-suite with bath and shower. Access can be gained directly out to the garden and pool area through patio doors.
Heading back to the reception area you will find a set of smart wooden steps which gently leads you to the first floor accommodation. Here you will find the first floor bunk room (with 4 comfortable 3ft wide bunk beds, large balcony and an en-suite shower-room) and the master bedroom area.
The master bedroom is very spacious and can actually be split in two if desired by a sliding wall (snore door). Within the master bedroom is a super-king-sized bed, a king-sized bed, 2 en-suite shower rooms and a large walk-in wardrobe (3m x 3m) which is heaven for those who prefer to travel heavy rather than light. The beds have Aphostrom mattresses and tempura toppers and are dressed with Egyptian cotton sheets and bedding. There are 2 balconies which lead off this area. One is 8m x 4m and looks over St George's island and the other is 10m x 2m and faces in an easterly direction absorbing the morning sunshine.
DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR
The outside areas are what really help make this the special villa that it is and set it apart from others. Designed to allow outdoor living whilst soaking up the sun or sitting in the shade admiring the views & feeling the gently refreshing breezes on those hot summer days, you can always find somewhere to relax, socialise and enjoy your dream paphos holiday villa.
The centre-peice is of course the 22m x 8m private pool which has a gradient leading to 3m deep water at one end coming from one metre at the other. Roman steps lead from the terrace into the pool. Sitting next to the pool is the spa/jacuzzi (heated on requested) which is perfect for your relaxation and enjoyment at any time of day or evening.
The pool terrace has sun-beds for each guests, beach chairs and a round table. The decking by the pool adds to the asthetically appealing nature of the outdoor areas. Dining either by day or night can be on the shaded terrace with notable white stone pillars and 2 stone tables which each easily seat 8-10 guests. A set of charismatic stairs painted in blue, leads up to the 'observation deck' which can host sunloungers or beach chairs as desired.
The rear bbq area (facing St George's island) hosts drinks fridges, sink and preparation area and a long table and chairs with seating for 16. A contemporary feature wall with mood lighting helps to create an unparalled ambience in this area. The table and chairs can be covered with remote controlled awning for shade if being used in the day and to help with humidity on hot August evenings. This makes the area ideal for alfresco dining and socialing with your group.
The villa is gated with remote controlled access. The large driveway has space for at least 4 cars and the double garage can also be made available.
