Woburn Villas offers you "a home-away-from-home" experience in our self-contained very spacious apartment with panoramic ocean/sea views of Egmont Bay, Grand Harbour (under construction) and Fort Judy.
We are private and secluded yet close to the city of St. George's where you will find bars, restaurants, shopping malls, designer shopping with duty-free goods and a lively colourful market.
The apartment is open-plan with a gourmet kitchen, large spacious dining room and lounge. Leading from the lounge is the balcony with ocean view where you can have al alfresco dining also the perfect place for relaxing.
Bedroom one is furnished with one king size bed and the second bedroom with two single beds which is ideal for familes, groups, reuinons, corporates and if you are stretched for cash we can throw in another single/double bed at small cost.
There are plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Saint George region
Grenada is a tri-island state Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. Grenada the largest is known as the Isle of Spice. Its volcanic origin has produced a topography of great beauty and environmental variety ranging from mountainous rain forest to dry lowlands and coastal mangroves. There are more spices in Grenada than any other place in the world.
At 12 degrees North of the equator Grenada enjoys a tropical climate. The average temperature in the low is in the 80s F, made comfortable by the trade-winds.
Grenada is the perfect destination for adventure, romance or just spend lazy days basking in our warm weather.
The quiet beauty of our country and our friendly people leads many a visitor to believe this is what paradise may be like.
St George's / Grand Anse area
Grand Anse beach just minutes away from Woburn is always one of the first stops, the water is so clear and its 2 miles of white sand which offers a spectacular view of St. George's. There are many hang out spots on the beach which make you feel like you are at a different beach every time you go.
The Grenada Golf and Country Club is a 9-hole course minutes away from Woburn. Equipment rentals and caddies are available.
About 25 minutes drive to Grand Etang Lake. This a nutral Crater one of Grand Etang extinct volcano. Colourful tropical birds, tiny frogs and lizards, and rare orchards punctuate the dense rain forest vegetation and the trails meander round the areas stunning waterfalls.
Grenada Natural Museum is about 8 minutes away- set in the foundations of an old army barracks and prisions built in 1704, this small but interesting museum just off Young Street. in St. Georges offers a fine collection of objects and artifacts of the island's history and culture.
La Sagesse about the most 15 minutes drive away from Woburn is a quiet estuary along the coast is one of the best bird-watching locales in Grenada. In addition to the estuary, La Ssgesses includes three fine beaches, good coral reef for snorkeling. A salt pond which attracts an abundance of different species including the brown-crested fly catcher, Caribbean coot, green-backed and little blue herons and the northern Jacuna.

How to get there
(1) British Airways - flies in Tuesdays (2) Virgin - flies in Wednesday (3) Excel - flies in Thursdays (This is a budget flight). (4) Direct flights also from USA and Canada.
There are numerous car/jeep hire companies and this can be arranged on request. Average cost is about £240.00 per week. Car is not necessary but for traveling around to see the island it would be more convenient and comfortable for you to hire a vehicle - we drive on the left-hand side here as they do in the UK.
Only 10 minutes from Maurice Bishop International Airport Don't need to worry about getting to and from Woburn Villas, we will pick you up free of charge.

The decor is a blend of Mexican, English and local craftsmanship.
Windows are insect screened throughout.
All bedrooms have wall to wall wardrobe.

Fabric for curtains are cotton from IKEA and linen fabric from Trinidad to complete the decor.

Natural cool breeze coming from ocean/sea view often makes it un-necessary to make use of the air-conditioning.
All bedrooms are spacious, light and airy with a romantic ambiance all with un-suit. Bedrooms can configure to suit your specific requirements including twin and king size beds.
Floorings are ceramic and porcelain tiles imported from Brazil and Italy. A gourmet kitchen with all modern appliances.
For your safety we also have smoke alarm and fire extinguishers in the apartment.

Mobile phone is available for rent. From 1st May to 30th November is our favourite period with fewer tourists around and more locals out enjoying the beaches and markets. There is also carnival week (August) when there are lots of fun if you like music and lots of dancing then you will enjoy this.

Smoking on the balcony and on the grounds are permitted.
Strictly no smoking in the apartment.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% (plus charges and taxes) must be paid with your initial booking to secure your bookings.
Full payments must be made at least twenty-eight days before your chosen arrival date.
A request to cancel a booking must be submitted in writing at least twenty-eight days before arrival.
No refund will be given if a cancellation is requested within twenty-eight days of your choosen arrival date.
Refundable breakages deposit of £150.00 is required to be refunded (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

If two of our apartments are booked together then you get a discount of 15% less.
For an extra person you will pay £20 per night.

Please note that we do not increase our rental rates at weekends or Bank Holidays. We do not increase them for Christmas or New Year.
