A splendid spacious detached 2 bedroom villa with en-suite facilities, set within it's own lush tropical grounds, with a commanding view of Lance Aux Epinés Bay and the Caribbean Sea. This special Caribbean villa is situated in a fashionable and exclusive residential area on the south coast end of the island of Grenada. The decor of the property is European in style with lots of added colours of its tropical surroundings. The property is well maintained and well stocked, with just about everything you will need.
The views and the scenery from the property are spectacular. This Grenada villa is just a stones throw from the Caribbean Sea coastline. With nature at its best at this end of the island, you'll find and see many beautiful elements of flora and fauna; hummingbirds, doves and other tropical birds, flowers, trees and wildlife in and around the grounds of the house.
Step inside to your own private retreat. Take a dip in our mosaic plunge pool, sunbathe and relax in private. At night, take a sundowner or two on the patio under a glittering Caribbean constellation that twinkles like diamonds in the sky. You'll be serenaded by the night creatures humming in the background; that distinctive tropical night music. This is an extremely comfortable well-stocked Grenada villa, with all the necessary creature comforts that you want from a Caribbean rental villa. It takes the self out of self-catering.
To make your Grenada holiday an even more stress free zone, during your stay our housekeeper is there to keep house and will attend to the housework to make it an ever more pleasant and comfortable one. If you like to cook and fascinated by the Caribbean cuisine, then our maid will show you a local dish or two. You buy the ingredients and she does the cooking.........

The indoor patio area by the pool is the focal point of the villa and offers complete privacy. Here, breakfast can be taken to a chorus of songbirds, while at sundown you can enjoy a rum punch or two to the sound of the night creatures stirring from their slumber.

The villa is near the end of a peninsula so there are lovely views across the Caribbean Sea almost always a good breeze and some small beaches close by. One of the advantages of being close to the sea is the wonderful cool breezes that circulates the property during the day and at night. Being that there is full screening in the living areas (bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room)of this villa you'll be able to keep the windows open all night long, enjoy the sea breezes and not be pestered by the night time creatures.........
The villa is located in a very quiet area but it is an easy ride to town if you have a car. It is beautifully landscaped and the housekeeper, arranges fresh, tropical flowers in the house. She also does a great job caring for the house and can assist with any questions you might have either about the house or Grenada.
One of the other important features about this villa, is that you only need to lock the front door for the whole house to be totally secure and protected.

The grounds that surround the villa are filled with an array of lush tropical plants and trees: frangipani, jasmine, bouganvillea, banana, orange, cherry, guava, flamboyant, nutmeg and lime trees.
The flamboyant or flame tree is a sight to behold when it flowers in the summer, covered in brilliant red flowers. It is consistently voted one of the five most beautiful flowering trees in the world, and on a moonlit night with the fireflies dancing around it, you know that you are in paradise. Nature is truly at its very best on this lovely Caribbean island.
Whilst the property is situated in a residential area of the island, it is conveniently placed to access all the necesary amenities, restuarants, bars and spectacular bays, coves and beaches. We are about an 8 minute drive from the world's most famous beach on Grand Anse. Many other beautiful beaches and bays are there for you to discover. Three truly unspoilt beaches are within easily walking distances from the property. Lots more tourist attractions and places to expolore on this beautiful island of Grenada. The local people are warm and welcoming and you will not be disappointed if you choose Grenada as a holiday destination
The Saint George Parish region
We are located on the South West peninsula of the island overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The property is located in Lance Aux Epines which is in the district of St George's. We are in very close proximity to all of the tourist attractions, particularly the Grande Anse area which boasts a magnificient white sandy tropical beach. There are two more wonderful beaches to explore in this area. Whilst we are situated in close proximity to the tourist attractions, our property is set within a quiet, private and residential area on the island of Grenada.
The property overlooks the Caribbean Sea and we are in easy walking access of three quiet and unspoilt beaches at this end of te island of Grenada. See photos.........
Our property is ideal for family and friends, and it is conviently placed for family, friends and loved ones visiting students attending the St George's University, located at True Blue which is justnon the other side of our bay. A regular bus service operates within a stones throw (2 mins. walk) from our property at the top of the junction of our road.
Grenada, a jewel of the Caribbean, is a holiday destination for the discerning traveller. It sits neatly amongst the popular islands of the Eastern Caribbean. Grenada is 12 degrees north of the Equator. The climate remains a steady 75ºF to 85ºF (24ºC to 30ºC) all through the year, tempered only by cooling light trade winds. With its clear blue skies, golden sands and tropical climate you are guaranteed a relaxing holiday. An attractive colonial-era town spilling down a hillside above the Carenage, with its horseshoe-shaped harbour, Grenada's capital ST GEORGE'S is punctuated with lots of new terracotta-coloured roofs which were rebuilt and now stand in testament to the power of the wind from hurricane Ivan.
That was not the first disaster to strike this picturesque town, dominated by British colonial architecture but with a distinctly Mediterranean feel. During the eighteenth century, the capital was partly gutted by three devastating fires, leading to legislation that restricted the height of buildings and banned the use of timber.
St George's won't take you more than a day to explore, and it's worth taking time away from the beach to do so. Though the market is at its liveliest on Saturday morning, most shops close on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays, making the town a quiet place during those times – except when a cruise ship moors at the spanking new docks, in which case the town explodes into a frenzy of activity, market stalls spring up on shore, restaurants and bars fill up, street vendors and local guides come out in force, and all visitors – whether they're cruise-ship passengers or not – become the focus of a barrage of offers from taxi drivers and spice sellers.

"A Real Gem"
This really is a jewel in the Caribbean. It is extremely private, yet accessible. We spent 9 days in this delightful house which has some sea views and a lovely well-stocked garden. It is very well equipped and is a home from home. The design of the house is unique with an enclosed pool which is open to the stars if you fancy a midnight swim. Wi-fi is available, as well as cable TV and a DVD player. We were extremely comfortable and well looked after by the housekeeper who comes in 3 times a week. The villa is in the convenient village of Lance aux Epines. There are three hidden and lovely unspoilt beaches within walking distance of this property. If you’re looking for the world famous Grand Anse beach as well as many other small coves, these are easily reached by hired car or public transport. St Georges is only 15mins away. The area is well served by restaurants from simple pizza places to Gary Rhodes at The Calabash, a couple of minutes down the road. If you want a relaxing holiday where you can suit yourself then this could well be the place for you.
