A splendid self catering detached Air Conditioned 2-bedroom villa both with en-suite facilities. This Grenada villa will offer you comfort and privacy during your stay. The villa is set within its own lush tropical grounds, with a commanding view of Lance Aux Epinés Bay and the Caribbean Sea.

This special Caribbean villa is situated in a fashionable and exclusive residential area on the south east coastal end of the island of Grenada. The views and the scenery across the Caribbean Sea from the property are spectacular.

Our property is well maintained and well stocked, with just about everything you will need to enjoy the self catering experience. This Grenada villa is just a stones throw from the Caribbean Sea coastline and within easy access to three unspoilt beaches.

The indoor patio area by the pool is the focal point of the villa and offers complete privacy. Here, breakfast can be taken to a chorus of songbirds, while at sundown you can enjoy a rum punch or two to the sound of the night creatures stirring from their slumber. Or, why not just relax and ease away your cares by taking a dip in the pool under the stars of the Caribbean sky? The villa is near the end of a peninsula so there are lovely views across the Caribbean Sea almost always a good breeze and some small beaches close by. One of the advantages of being close to the sea is the wonderful cool breezes that circulates the property during the day and at night. Being that there is full screening in the living areas (bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room) of this villa you'll be able to keep the windows open all night long, enjoy the sea breezes and not be pestered by the night time creatures.........

The villa is beautifully landscaped and the maid arranges fresh, tropical flowers in the house. She also does a great job caring for the house and can speak with our housekeeper who will assist with any questions you might have either about the house or Grenada. One of the other important features about this villa, is that you only need to lock the front door for the whole house to be totally secure and protected. If you are a family with young children please be aware of the pool area especially if your children aren't able to swim.

Pool rules must apply and children must be supervised at all times.

The grounds that surround the villa are filled with an array of lush tropical plants and trees: frangipani, jasmine, bougainvillea, banana, cherry, guava, flamboyant and lime trees. The flamboyant or flame tree is a sight to behold when it flowers in the summer, covered in brilliant red flowers. It is consistently voted one of the five most beautiful flowering trees in the world, and on a moonlit night with the fireflies dancing around it, you know that you are in paradise. Nature is truly at its very best on this lovely Caribbean island. The property is situated in a residential area. It is conveniently placed to access all the necessary amenities, restaurants, bars and spectacular bays, coves and beaches. Take an 8 minute drive to the world's most famous beach, Grand Anse. Many other beautiful beaches and bays are there for you to discover. Three truly unspoilt beaches are within easily walking distances from the property. Lots more tourist attractions and places to explore on this beautiful island of Grenada. The local people are warm and welcoming. You should not be disappointed if you choose Grenada as a holiday destination

Owners are the hands off approach in terms of your stay at the property. Once we've settled you into the property and explained how everything works, you will not be bothered by management, except to check to see if you are all comfortable at the property. Our staff will attend to the property during the day. Expect visits from our maid (3 x per week), the Gardner & Pool Maintenance man (1 x week). Guests are not expected to be there during such visits. Lock up the house and go off and enjoy the island and return to find the villa looking clean and tidy,

I have just seen this pretty damning review and being that the guest was so critical of her stay I feel compelled to answer some of her criticisms, just to set the record straight as there are two sides to this story. Firstly, We are sorry she didn't enjoy her stay... Two important things. The house is not unsafe. I stay there on a regular basis and can vouch for that. Plus, the pool isn't dirty! Agreeably, there were stains around the top rim of the mosaic tiles due to exposure to sun and chemicals. At the time my pool maintenance man didn't want to use heavy chemicals to remove the stains as that would have prevented her from using it. These have since been cleaned away and I shall looking to remove a section of that area and replacing the mosaic tiles (above the water line) with glass ones as they don't spoil or stain as badly. The pool steps: I was sorry to hear that they were loose. They did need a good tightening up though. Had she told me I would have gotten that attended to immediately. Regarding leach (sic) leeches. There are no leeches in Grenada. What was probably seen was a caterpillar that crawled in from the garden. Or any other creature being that we are right by the sea. Almost impossible to control them. The rain that came in was caused by a very heavy rain storm that night. She stayed during hurricane season, and the leaves had blocked the down pipe. We have since cleared those out. The kitchen cupboards have been given a thorough clean out, although my maintenance staff couldn't agree on the damp smell. The shower not draining fast was due to excess hair in the shower strainer. Since cleared. Wardrobe door was user error. In essence some of those complaints were minor, and I am sure she does have high standards but if that is the case she clearly felt it was okay to drag loads of sand into our property on a regular basis! I was thankful that we didn't listen to her demands for our maid to not attend the property to clean up during her stay. As the owner, I will continue to manage the property along with my maintenance team that work hard to keep the place both clean and tidy for all our guests that stay there as agents don't really care as much about a property as that of an owner who frequently has long stays there.
