The Saint George region
Grenada is a beautiful, mountainous island, covered with fragrant spice trees and rare tropical flowers. Surrounded by stunning beaches, and towns full of character. ,The island is the second largest producer of the worlds spices, mainly consisting of Nutmeg, Cloves, Ginger, Cinnamon, and Cocoa. The capital, St. George's, is home to a famous and bouyant market full of fresh fruits and vegetables.
St. Georges also holds pride of place with a modern shopping mall which hosts one of the most stylish jewellers in the Caribbean. Although tourism has increased in recent years, Grenada has maintained a lovely measure of friendliness together with a zest for life hard to find elsewhere.
If you love the water, then the many coral reefs makes snorkelling or scuba diving a real dream even the kids will have fun in and see all kinds of sea life in shallow waters.
Finally do not leave the island without a short trip to one of the islands popular rum factory and see for yourself how this most potent and tasty drink is produced. Come, enjoy and then Come again!!
St George's / L'Ance Aux Epines area
The famous Grand Anse Beach with 2 miles of pure white sand is located in a sheltered bay and is a favourite of many visitors. there are many popular hotels located nearby together with bars, quaint market stalls and restaurants all catering for all of the family or if you wish "just the two of you!"
However, do not restrict yourself just to this lovely beach, experience the wealth of many local restaurants, bars and Night Clubs that are dotted in the L'Ance Aux Epines area, including your local Subway (Yes Subway!)
How to get there
Now also INCLUDED (FOC) is your collection from Point Salines Airport and drive to the apartment. The same applies to your Return journey back to the airport at the end of your stay.
The Apartments are located as follows: Exit Point Salines Airport and Head for the roundabout called "Sugar Mill" where you turn right and continue for approximately one mile where you will see the Restaurant called "Fuzion" - you turn immediately right, then the apartments are 100 metres on the right hand side.
