On the edge of a small medieval village overlooking vineyards and rolling hills. The house was completely renovated in 2002 and is furnished to a high standard. It has a large kitchen/dining room, comfortable lounge leading onto a large balcony with far reaching views over the vineyards. There are three twin bedded rooms and two bathrooms.

The Burgundy / Saone-et-Loire region
The house is situated midway between Beaune and Macon in the Cote Chalonaise region of Burgundy. The village is on the Burgundy wine route and has 6 caves within the village. There are 4 golf courses between 20 and 45 minutes away. The region is ideal for walking and cycling with many waymarked routes.
St Denis de Vaux area
The chateaux of Cormatin, which has regular summer music festivals, Couches and Rochepot as well as the famous Hospice de Beaune are all within easy reach. The village of Saint Jean de Vaux, 1 kilometre away has a bar/restaurant and bakers. There is also a swimming pool open during July and August.
