Cottage | 3 bedrooms | sleeps 6
A beautiful three-bedroom cottage, overlooking the cathedral with convenient parking opposite and just 200m from the 'city centre'. Families are welcome and there's a big garden - perfect for BBQs and drinks on summer evenings, while there's full central heating for cosy winter nights in. The kitchen is brand new (well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc – just turn up and cook away!) and there's a large dining table and chairs. The snug living room has a gas fireplace and plenty of space for sitting around, reading the paper, playing board games and (if you tire of the aforementioned), a TV. There's a bedroom downstairs with a double bed. Upstairs you have a bedroom with a single bed and a master bedroom with double bed, there's also a landing alcove with an extra single bed. There's a large, recently-updated bathroom downstairs with bath, shower, toilet and basin, plus an extra bathroom upstairs with toilet and basin. The beach and coastal path are just under a mile away, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the 'city' (village!) and dogs are welcome. Cots available on request as are towels.

The West Wales/Pembrokeshire region
St Davids is a beautiful little city (read: village) in Pembrokeshire – a hidden gem of the UK. Beautiful beaches, great walks, picture postcard seaside fishing villages and some great local pubs. If you want to get away to somewhere truly beautiful, but without the crowds you often find in the UK then Pembrokeshire is somewhere we promise you will return to.
St Davids itself has plenty in the way of local pubs, nice restaurants and a village centre with arts and crafts, plus a collection of local shops. The beaches are within an easy walk, although the biggest beach (Whitesands) is a little further – 30min walk or 5min drive. Local villages are easy to explore on the local busses which are a good way of getting back if you've walked the coastal path over to them and your legs are too tired to take you back again.
