This well appointed apartment situated on a marina, has unrivalled views of the Sea and Pyrenees Mountains and is set in secure grounds with a resident warden on site. There is an allocated secure parking via an electronically controlled gate and it is only 100 mtrs to the beach.
St Cyprien is a beautiful ‘typically French’ harbour resort frequented mainly by the French themselves. There are miles and miles of clean sandy beaches with the majestic Pyrenees serving as the most dramatic of backdrops.
Inland there are many quaint and interesting towns and villages worthy of a visit and local vineyards to explore and savour.

This well equipped apartment has entrance hall, shower room, separate WC, living/dining room with a small kitchen area leading to enclosed double aspect balcony.
The bedroom has a double bed with overhead cupboards, the sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided within the rental price, but beach towels are not provided.

Conditions
£50 deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to occupancy. A separate cheque of £100 damage deposit is required with this final payment,
which will be refunded to your home address after departure and returning of the apartment keys.

The region offers 125 miles of sandy beaches with magnificient scenery inland to explore. The Pyrenees offer excellent skiing facilities in winter, which is only 90 minutes drive away fron the resort. Languedoc-Roussillon boasts the highest annual sunshine in the whole of France, with bright clear days common throughout winter and summer.
The St Cyprien area
St Cyprien is located 25 minutes from Perpignan Airport and 30 minutes from the Spanish border. It is a thriving fishing port and has a second largest Marina on the Med.
It is renowned as a family resort, with safe beaches and has the added attraction of Aqualand, the largest water theme park in the region.
There is an equestrian centre offering horse riding all the year round and Le Grand Stade, a huge sports complex is near by.
A 20 minutes walk around the working boatyard leads into a busy port area and the town centre, which boasts many good quality and reasonably priced restaurants frequented by locals and tourists alike.
There are many beautiful walks in the area, including the “Etang de Canet”a salt water lagoon and nature park, home to Flamingos and rare birds.
St Cyprien has a splendid 27 hole golf course and there are 5 other golf courses within driving distance

The owner's directions and information were helpful and we found the property to be exactly as described. Everything is supplied and it's a very homely apartment. Parking is easy and secure. The view was lovely, boats going out and coming back, anglers on the banks, all very peaceful. The beach is great, just a short walk from the apartment across the bridge. Sunbeds were not too expensive and the beach restaurant was very good. Easy walk into the port with lots of bars and restaurants; St Cyprien is a very nice town and beach also. Having a car is ideal to visit Argeles and Collioure and also a trip into Spain; we had a really good day in Girona. |

This is our 2nd visit to this apt in 2 years. We love the location , the views are stunning & the apt is compact but perfectly adequate for a base. Everything you'll need is in, the bed is very comfy & so is the bed settee i'm told ! The harbour is 5 mins drive or 15 mins stroll away with lots going on every night to cater for all ages. The much bigger & busier town of Argeles sur mer is 15 mins drive , with a multitude of shops & restaurants. The beautiful sandy beach is 5 mins walk & never gets too crowded. The owners are very obliging & we would reccommend this apt without hesitation. Mark & Jo , St.Helens. |
