Our villas are side by side and located a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach, quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes by car from Saint Cyprien Port where you will find shops, and many bars and restaurants.
There is a shop a minute away where you can buy provisions and the villas have easy access to all amenities, including the local markets for bargain hunting.
There are large patio doors leading to the garden where there is a decked area furnished with loungers plus table and chairs to enable you to dine alfresco. " Villa 1" With two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom or "Villa 2" With one double bedroom and one twin they are ideal for small or large families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. see Villa 2 at bottom of page.

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Pyrenees-Orientales region
Although our villa is only a couple of minutes from the beach, the surrounding area is full of history and culture. Within a short distance you can find numerous historical and cultural locations.
The Roussillon region is famous for its vineyards and abundance of superb local wines which many give free tasting. Just slightly further away you have the stunning Pyreneese mountains which the Canigou has a spectacular snow capped feature up to June.
The walled city of Carcassonne is world known together with the Canal du Midi and both of these are within easy travelling distance. The region boasts over 300 days of sunshine which will allow you to spend many days exploring this beautiful and enchanting area.
St Cyprien / St Cyprien Plage area
Saint Cyprien is a lovely seaside town and port with many bars and restaurants by the side of a beautiful marina. There is plenty to do here, Aqualand water park , Boat Hire, Diving, Sailing, Horse riding, go karting, bowling and there is an International Golf Course with very reasonable green fees and club hire.
The area is renowned for its stunning coastal and mountain views, which an be seen from the villas.
An ideal location to enjoy the beach and to discover the Catalan coast such as Collioure and Banyls or the back country with its charming villages, châteaux and its typical food, you could even go on a cheese and wine tasting excursion.
The Spanish border is 30 minutes away and Barcelona is a 2 hour drive.

Perpignan (15km, 25 mins). Ryanair from Stansted, East Midlands, Liverpool, Dublin and Shannon. Flybe from Southampton. Bmibaby from Manchester.
Girona (approx 75 mins) Ryanair from Luton, Stansted, Bournmouth, Bristol, East Midlands, Liverpool, Blackpool, Doncaster, Durham Tees Valley, Newcastle, Glasgow, Dublin and Shannon.
Carcassonne, (approx 90 mins) Ryanair from Stansted, East Midlands, Liverpool, Dublin and Shannon.
Car hire can be pre-booked via internet. Hertz through Ryanair, others are Avis or EuropcarTGV to Perpignan and change to Elne 6 km from the villa.

A deposit of 30% of the rental rate is required to secure a booking.
The full balance plus a refundable security deposit of £375 is payable at leas 42 days before arrival. There is also a compulsory final cleaning charge of £75.
Bed linen and towels are available and should be reserved at the time of booking. The cost is £10 per person.
Payment can be made by Debit Card at no extra cost. Payment by Credit Card is charged at 2.5%
