This apartment is on the first floor of a residence of quality, secure and on the beach, only a bike path between you and the sand and the 6 km beach of fine sand. You are 10 or 15 minute walk from the town center, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, souvenirs, etc. . It is the ideal place to enjoy the sun and to know the area (from Perpignan to Collioure and Spain even for the most curious with Girona and Barcelona).

You are 5 minutes from an international golf course that stretches over 200 hectares between sea and lake, 27 holes. But for beginners, there is the fabulous Tropical minigolf course in front residence.

At will leisure activities and many events spread throughout the year make Saint - Cyprien perfect base to enjoy the many rich facets of the region's most southern France, on the border of Spain and Andorra.

At first floor apartment, of a surface of 34 m2, is through and facing south west. It consists of a bedroom, a living-dining room, a bathroom and an open loggia. The apartment is very bright, comfortable, well equipped and close to everything.

The room is furnished with a bed 1,40 m and the view from the window overlooking the beach.

The living room has a kitchenette equipped with a large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, 2 ovens, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, washing machine and all necessary utensils. A round dining table with six chairs complete the room. The lounge overlooking the loggia has a sofa and two armchairs to watch the flat screen TV of 32 inches (82 cm) with DVD player (several films available) .

The loggia of 8 m2, open and not overlooked, has a view to the town of St Cyprien and Alberes (the most eastern part of the Pyrenees and the border line between France and Spain). On the garden table you can dine contemplating the sunset or just relax in the sun.

For an additional fees, two bicycles are available. Cards, beach rackets, Mikado, frisbee, domino and game balls are available.

A fully furnished apartment for up to 5 people and well placed for the magnets into water sports or to discover the Catalan Countries.

The Languedoc-Roussillon region

Pyrénées-Orientales consists of three river valleys in the Pyrenees mountain range –from north to south, those of the Agly, Têt and Tech– and the eastern Plain of Roussillon into which they converge.

The Languedoc-Roussillon region is dominated by 740,300 acres (2,996 km2) of vineyards, three times the combined area of the vineyards in Bordeaux and the region has been an important winemaking centre for several centuries. Regional specialities such as muscat de Rivesaltes and Banyuls are sold everywhere in the department.

The Languedoc-Roussillon region is rich in history and thus offers the visitor a wide variety of places to visit as day trip, and in the winter the ski resorts Font Romeu and Les Angles are approximately 2 h drive by car.

Gorges : de la Fou, Fontrabiouse, des Canalettes and Calamus.

Heritage : Abbaye Saint-Martin du Canigou, fortified castle Liberia, Fort Saint Elne, Salses fortress, castle Corbieres, Castle Bellegarde and Castle Queribus .

Cities : Collioure, Céret, village Cucugnan, Prades and Elne

St Cyprien

Saint-Cyprien is the third marina in Europe with 2200 berths The port is located in the heart of the resort, 3 sheltered basins around a lake of 15 hectares. The port is 1.5 km away (10 to 15 min walk) from the appartment. Great selection of restaurants, bars, casino and a wide variety of local entertainment offered every night during the summer.

The city is bordered to the north by Canet-en-Roussillon - Saint-Nazaire, brackish water (about 3 km long and 2 km at the widest point) with a fairly rich fauna and flora.

Saint-Cyprien has one of the finest collections in France with many palm species as Jubaea Chile or Serenoa repens United States.

The walk (bike path) that runs between the building and the sea allows you to walk or bike to Canet (4 km) or down town (900 m), the port (1,5 km or 10 to 15 min walk), the casino, restaurants and grocers.

The location is close to the sea, easy walking to nearby shops and restaurants simple driving to Perpignan and even into Spain to the lovely city of Girona and Barcelona. The whole of the St Cyprien area is extremely pleasant and has lots to do other than just laying in the sun.

The winters are mild (four days of frost per year), the summers are usually hot and dry. Tramontane (Tramuntana) blows frequently (one every four days, less in recent years) and bring some freshness in summer. The annual average temperature is 15.9° C. The temperature of the warmest month to more than 30 ° C.

The plain is indeed one of the hottest regions of France.

Annual rainfall of 572 mm, is one of the lowest averages of France.

Nearly 300 days of sunshine per year, in part because of the wind.

The apartment is protected from the wind and sand (view from the balcony to the Canigou). Summer is in the shade and winter is sunny all afternoon, ideal conditions for a holiday unforgettable.

Water Sports : Kite surfing, Scuba diving, surfing, sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, kite surfing, sea fishing trips, kayaking and boat trips around the Cote Vermeille.

Visit "Les Jardins des Plantes" Botanical Gardens offer a pleasant walk at any time of the year.

Local attractions : Aqualand waterpark for children and adults, Sigean African Reserve, Golf, horseriding, cycling and hiking.
