Located on a white sandy beach which stretches as far as the eye can see in both directions, the property also includes exclusive use of a private and secure open air swimming pool and children's pool.
The apartment comprises of a comfortable living area with a newly built open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a mezzanine with 2 x 90 cm single beds which can also convert to a large double bed, wardrobe and shelves, a shower room and a separate WC. In addition, a south facing balcony with table and chairs offering a splendid Mediterranean experience looking out over the sea to the south and the setting sun over the Pyrenees in the west. The balcony can be closed off adding another room.

The apartment has a comfortable living area with a dining table and 6 chairs, a new double sofa bed, TV, DVD, CD player and stereo. The new kitchen is situated at one end of the living room and has all modern utilities including dish washer, ceramic hob, combined microwave / convector oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a comprehensive range of cookware and kitchen utensils.
There is a new double sofa bed in the living room.
The main bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and a wardrobe, shelf with 2 bedside lights.
The bathroom has a shower and a mirrored vanity unit with good storage and a hairdryer.
The hall has a recess which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, first aid kit, cushions and tablecloth. There are electric fans in the 2 bedrooms.

The complex is enclosed with a chain link fence and can only be accessed through a security gate and is for residents only.
Lovely landscaped garden with 2 swimming pools; one large adult pool, one smaller pool ideal for toddlers and an area for sun-bathing. Entry is strictly limited (by key) to residents and their tenants only - offering security and peace of mind to parents.
The complex has a lift for accessing all floors.
The free WIFI can be found in the snack bar in the complex just next door.
The mini supermarket can also be found in the complex next door and offer daily helpings of warm freshly baked bread and croissants.
No beach towels are provided.
A set of bedlinen for the apartment, bath towels , dishcloths etc can be hired for 25 € per visit.
You can have use of WiFi in the apartment for 10 €/week

The apartment is located directly on the beach at "Residence Les Goélettes in the south of St Cyprien Plage in the middle of endless kilometers of white sandy beaches and beautiful coastline. Beach lifeguards are on duty in the summer season. Access is through electronic gates and secured parking space is provided.
Watersport includes sailing ship, catamaran, centre-board, optimist, sailboard, kite-surfing, buoy tractor drawn and jet ski.
Fishing and deep sea fishing trips are available at the harbor.
Third largest marina in Europe, Saint-Cyprien is the ideal destination for activity holidays and includes The St Cyprien 27 hole International Golf course, water sports and boating, tennis at the Grand Stade les Capellans), family holidays (children's activities, dance courses) base camp for discovering Catalonia. St Cyprien Port is 1.5 km away with a great selection of restaurants, bars and a wide variety of local entertainment offered every night during the summer season as well as shops, butchers, bakers, casino, cinema, discotheque, banks, chemist and doctors.
Nearby you will find amusement parks, go-carting, mini golf, horse-riding just to name a few. Aqualand – a family-orientated water park – is situated within walking distance.
It is difficult to find a place which can offer you such a devine possiblity: to be able to go from the Mediterranean with its coast of transparent water … to the snowy mountain tops of the Pyrenees in little over an hour … So many delightful opportunities reunited! Surely, here you will find something to suit everyone's tastes.

"No hesitation recommending this apartment"
This was a lovely apartment, very clean and tasteful decor, very well equipped with everything working. We were made very welcome when we arrived and in the event of any problem ( there were none) , the owners were easily contactable.The location is superb anyway, but we have stayed in the same apartment complex many times and this apartment was the best.

"Excellent accommodation in an ideal location"
An enjoyable experience from start to finish. A clean and comfortable apartment with everything you could need for your stay. The owner was very helpful and provided all information necessary, either by e-mail prior to our arrival or in person on arrival. The out of town location with shops/restaurants within easy reach suited us; public transport is limited but good when it runs ( the buses were on strike the week of our stay). Lots to do and see in the local area; friday market in St. Cyprien Plage was excellent.
Thoroughly recommend a holiday here.

"A very nicely maintained property with an amazing view, and in a peaceful location."
The apartment is very nicely maintained (modern appliances, clean, etc) and had everything we needed for our stay. The interior living space is cosy (for a family of four, including two young children), but certainly not cramped. The highlight though is undoubtedly the generously-sized balcony with an amazing view of the Mediterranean (many, many hours were spent in the evenings gazing out over the sea, watching the sun go down whilst sipping a cold beer).
The Les Goelettes development itself had a very relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere, and was incredibly peaceful. The garden (which the apartment also overlooks) is pretty, and the swimming pool (and area) was clean and never seemed to be crowded.
The beach is just a short stroll across the garden, and is lovely (sandy, with no hotels, shops, cafes, bars, etc, to spoil the view or tranquility). When we went (last two weeks of August) there was always acres of space on the beach - it very much had the feel of a private beach!
The development is slightly out of town (which was a big plus for us), but St Cyprien, Argeles sur Mer (great port area - lots of shops and restaurants) and Coullioure (very picturesque town) are all a short drive away. There seemed to be lots of local buses flitting around, so we suspect (but cannot guarantee) that those without a car would still be able to get around reasonably easily.
Last, but by no means least, the proprietors of the apartment were very friendly and went out of their way to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.
