Villa | 5 bedrooms | sleeps 16
This villa is great for families as well as groups. The 2 fully equipped kitchens make meal preparation a pleasure and the large table downstairs means large parties can dine together inside, or outside at the patio table. A quick shower at the outer shower room and a dip in the pool start or finish any day with great pleasure.
The area has 2 ranges of mountains to explore, one where the Cathar's had their strongholds and the other the Pyrenees where you can easily cross into Spain for a great and well priced buffet meal..
There is a tennis club, golf course, water park and many different sports activities on tap nearby. Just down the coast is the village of Collieure where the great painters spent much time working there - it is full of galleries and ice cream parlours so a great day out with a beautiful harbour and port.

The Languedoc-Roussillon region
It is hot inn the summer and warm in the Spring and Autumn/Fall. Winter is a little unpredictable but can be quite warm and sunny most of the time. Snow visited last year for the first time in 30 years or so.
Beaches are great for sunbathing - soft sandy and long with plenty of space and privacy. The Med is warm and very good to swim in or just paddle about on the edge. It is great for children of all ages and those of advanced years [20-90]
There are 2 mountain ranges - Pyrenees separating Spain from France - it is possible to sit by the pool in the hot sun and look at a mountain with snow on it! and the Corbiere which are more craggy and sheer. Great to drive through the narrow passes and see some spectacular sights and castles that were built on the crags dating from the middle ages.
There are wonderful restaurants and bars at St Cyprian Marina as well as several in the village – or in season why not go to the beautiful beach bar restaurants and watch the sunset – let the children play in the sand after dinner while you relax with a glass of wine. For shopping - St Cyprien market is held on Tuesdays and Fridays and in the village on Thursdays only 200metres from your lounge chair. There are a variety of shops for food and general supplies nearby or slightly further away are supermarkets serving the area.
Or if you want a trip into the nearby town of Perpignan you will be able to enjoy a wide range of shops and restaurants and even visit the Palace of the Kings of Majorca.
shops and restaurants that are available in this exciting City. You could also take the opportunity to visit the Palace of the Kings of Majorca.
