About the home

This villa has recently been refurbished and decorated. A modern air conditioning unit installed, a reclining leather couch, a large fridge / freezer, also two adult bikes available to use. A spacious garden with a terrace, built in barbecue, table and chairs for barbequeing and reclining sun loungers to relax. Kids beach toys are available.

This is an ideal family villa situated across the road from the centre commercial in the les capellans area. It is a 5minute walk to Aqualand, a 10 minute walk to the port of saint cyprien while the beach is a 5 minute walk away.a perfect choice for your holiday.

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Pyrenees-Orientales region

The Pyrenees-Orientales a Catalan region situated on the border between France and Spain. Catalan influences are seen in a rich wine making tradition. Wine is a major part of the region, wine lovers are spoilt for choice. It is on the mediteranean coast and so boasts great weather March - October. The picturesque town of Coillure is a twenty minute drive, trendy Perpignan 20 minutes drive and historic Carcassonne 1 hour 20 minutes.

Sigean Nature Reserve is a must for families. The property is an ideal base to explore the Pyrenees in summer time where scenic drives and cables cars are enjoyable.

The St Cyprien / St Cyprien Sud area

Saint Cyprien plage is the 3rd largest marina on the Mediterranean. A rich boating and fishing tradition is evident. It is well served by family friendly restaurants, shops and tourist amenities. A tourist office is located in the port which is a must. Boat trips are available for hire .

A small centre commercial is on our doorstep which is very convenient for family restaurants, shops- boulangerie, patissierie, boucherie, poissoniere, fruits et legumes, hairdresser, beauticians,doctor, internet cafe, laundry service (9am-11pm) We are located on the Avenue to the Grand Stade a sporting complex for all your needs with magnificent gardens and restaurant.

Aqualand is a five minute walk away, a great day out for every family. There is the choice of four beaches all within walking distance.

Kilometres of safe bike tracks are throughout St Cyprien.

Ryanair fly to carcassonne (2hours) Barcelona-Girona (1.5hours) and Barcelona(El Prat) (2.5) all using the A9/AP7. Aer Lingus fly to Barcelona and Perpignan (seasonal).

Saint cyprien is a coastal village approx 20Km from the A9 Motorway, exit Le boulou or Perpignan Sud.
