It is a one bedroom apartment on the first floor, situated on Petit Marina. It sleeps 2-4 people and we can provide a travel cot if it is required. The bedroom has one double bed and in the lounge there is a sofa bed. There is one bathroom with a 3/4 bath and shower, a separate toilet and a walk-in wardrobe in the hallway. The lounge has a television, CD player and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, 4 ring hob, microwave and fridge.
The apartment also enjoys tree lined secure parking. It has a good size balcony, with fantastic views over the Petite marina. Behide the apartment are cherry trees with areas to play traditional petanque and boules.
The apartment is located 10 mins stroll from 6km of sandy beach and 5 mins stroll from beautiful sports stade with pool . There are 17 tennis courts, 4 indoor courts, squash, badmington, gym, american pool, sky TV, cafe lovely palm tree gardens with water falls and restaurant.

Nearby attractions include the lovely towns of Colliure, Argelles, Carcasonne, Ceret, Amelie Le bains which are very artistic and have natural spas, castles and lovely restaurants. Just 10 mins drive and you are into the Pyreness mountains with its wonderful gorges, caverns, waterfalls and traditional villages. Barcelona is only 2 hours drive away and and Perpignan is just 20 minutes drive. Great fishing can be found at the stunning lakes at Boulou and on the outskirts of St Cyprien also Ville de la Raho sports a wonderful sandy warm water lake with lovely trees to shelter under, french beach cafes to enjoy a light lunch with your glass of wine. Saint Cyprien has one of the best 18 hole golf courses in france just 5 minutes from the beach.

Next to our Petite Marina sits the peaceful Les Capellens which houses a Tabac, hairdressers, beauty therapist, patisserie, small fresh fruit and veg grocers, 3 delightful restaurants and laundrette. Here you can take a lovely trip by the boat taxi into St Cyprien Harbour or catch the bus into one of the many villages / Towns and the city of Perpignan.
Just 10mins stroll away sits a small aqua park and horse riding stables. The main harbour of Saint Cyprien is a 15 min treelined stroll away and has many lovely shops and restaurants serving delicious french cuisine. Here you can also hire cars, rent boats, snorkeling and diving equipment etc.

Fly to Perpignan (15km), Carcassonne 45(km), Nimes, 45(km), Montpellier (50km) , Barcelona (140km) easy drive to Port Au Prince in St Cyprien.
Ryanair now fly from London Gatwick to Gerona on a daily basis and Gerona is only a 45 min drive from Saint Cyprien.

Local Taxis available and buses via Perpignan Airport into the city and then onto St Cyprien, where the bus stops 2 mins walk from Port Au Prince.

Further details indoors: The apartment is very light and airy with lovely coloured walls and fresh clean cool floor tiling. Throughout the day the sun shines either through the rear windows or early afternoon through the large sliding full length windows that lead to the balcony at the front of the property. The balcony enjoys a beautiful view of the lovely boats moored in the marina and the relaxing gardens.
