"Excellent budget apartment in fabulous location."
When enquiring about this property, Chris (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. It is a lovely bijou apartment situated in a great location at the marina in Les Cappellans, St Cyprien - a beautiful, peaceful area. I could never tire of that view. The property itself was very small but perfect for one person or perhaps a couple. There is also a pull out couch although personally I think that would make it too crowded. I loved my stay there - wandering along to the commercial centre for a croissant in the morning or sitting out in the evening on the balcony enjoying the last rays of the sun. I would recommend local bar/restaurant Quai Ouest for a meal - their Entrecote steak with pepper sauce is lovely. Everything you would ever need is in the apartment and I can definitely see why Chris and Bernadett love it so much. Many thanks to them both.

"Not what we expected"
Unfortunately this was not quite the holiday that we expected, on our arrival we found it very difficult to find as the map that was supposed to have been sent with the details for the apartment wasn't there so my husband had difficulty finding it even after making a call to the people we had been told to contact if we had any problems. The apartment was not as spacious as I had believed it would be from reading the description on the site & the photo's are misleading & should be updated as the fridge & cooker have been moved & some of the furniture is not the same as in the photo's & very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time the shower is not at a height that you could class as a shower, bedroom is small & bed not very comfy I couldn't get the oven to work as for the facilities at Le Cappelans only one restaurant open at night & although food & service was very good had I been advised that most places close at the end of August I would never have booked to stay here all in all not our best holiday.
Both my wife and I are surprised that the client wrote this review about our lovely petite apartment in France. The cooker, Fridge and sofa bed were newly purchased in 2012 and are of exceptional quality. The bed in the main bedroom also has a new mattress of good quality and has been noted to be very comfortable. Saint Cyprien is quieter in the winter months, but there are restuarants and supermarches open in the main harbour nearby all year round. Our apartment bathroom is typical french with a medium sized bath and wall mounted shower that can be used in the hand as well. The apartment is kept spotlessly clean and is in a beautiful west facing sunny location. Kind Regards Chris & Bernadett.

I and my wife have been spending our summer holiday in southern France since we met and last 3 years we went to Saint Cyprien - Plage. In August 2011 we leased an appartment in Port au Prince and we are planning to return again this summer. The appartment is fully equipped - everything you need is there. It has balcony so we enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner there. There's an Aqualand nearby and also a beautiful sandy beach. It is a perfect starting point for many trips - e.g. Barcelona, Figueres, Andorra, Collioure, Sigean, Perpignan, etc. So we absolutely do recommend this place.
