This delightful cottage is the completely self contained wing of the owner's Victorian Mansion House. At the entrance to the property there is a secluded garden area with outdoor furniture to enjoy the warm light evenings, as well as the facilities to enjoy a log fire from the lounge. It also enjoys a private aspect with views across the paddock to the woodland beyond.

GROUND FLOOR: spacious sitting/dining room with open fire. Well equipped kitchen. Cloakroom room WC and wash hand basin.

FIRST FLOOR: 3 bedrooms–2 doubles and 1 single. Bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

FACILITIES: gas central heating, logs and coal for open fire and all electricity included in the rent. Bed linen, towels and toiletries provided, shaver point. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD player, travel cot and high chair available on request. Garden and garden furniture. Private parking. Pets welcome. No smoking in the property please.
