With swings for visiting children, this idyllic setting is also set on the banks of a small stream, which runs by the back door. With so much to do in the local area, everyone is bound to find something they enjoy. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV, DVD player etc. Shared use of washing machine, dryer and freezer in communal laundry area. First £20 of electricity inc in rent, extra electricity cards available from reception. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private use of an area of patio with shared use of gravelled inner courtyard with garden furniture and children's swings. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Please note: Unfenced stream on site, children must be supervised at all times.
The West Country / Cornwall region

Or could it be the cliff-top theatre at Mynack, working harbours, the world famous Eden project or St Michaels Mount, cut off from the mainland by a causeway. Or even the endless activities on offer; the Camel Cycling and Walking Trail, stunning coastal paths or the National Surf Centre at Newquay’s Fistral beach. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
The St Austell / Roche area
The little village of Roche is only six miles from Bodmin and easily accessible by the A30, making it a fantastic holiday location for anyone looking to explore the wider area of Cornwall. With its selection of shops and pubs, this quaint settlement is primarily involved in agriculture leaving a picturesque patchwork of lush, gently undulating fields. Just a thirty minute drive away is the ruggedly beautiful north Cornish coast, with rocky caves, high cliffs and excellent surfing beaches. Newquay, with its new Fistral Beach surf centre, is also nearby, along with the fishing village of Padstow. With its narrow, winding streets, charming harbour and renowned restaurants, this small town certainly merits a visit. The spectacular Eden project is also close by, with biomes full of tropical plants.

,The cottage was beautifully built and furnished, located in a picturesque setting. The cottage was a 'home from home', with everything to make our stay comfortable. It's centrally located for beaches, places of interest and shopping days. I would absolutely recommend these cottages to anyone.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
