Kingfisher Cottage is a splendid little detached studio-style holiday apartment in a small hamlet close to Pentewan. This cosy Cornwall cottage is stylishly furnished and finished to an exceptional standard and offers all you need for a wonderfully relaxing holiday in a tranquil rural setting close to the coast.

The accommodation is compact but superbly well appointed and includes a double bed, a fitted well-equipped kitchen, small dining area and comfortable sitting area. The bathroom has a reviving spa bath and under-floor heating for a touch of luxury. Kingfisher Cottage has all you need for a relaxing holiday in a restful Cornish country setting, just 25 minutes walk from Pentewan beach and the village.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Or could it be the cliff-top theatre at Mynack, working harbours, the world famous Eden project or St Michaels Mou


St Austell / Pentewan area

The village has its own good shop and pub, and a beautiful coastal path that runs through the village and climbs the cliffs up towards Mevagissey. Once you reach the top, the stunning views across the bay towards Devon will take your breath away. Mevagissey is three miles distant and has many good restaurants and is well known for its freshly caught local fish, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the historic Charlestown harbour are also close by.

The fabulous Eden Project, with its incredible biospheres and tropical plants, is just an easy drive away from the lovely holiday village of Pentewan.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
