The Linney has been created in a Grade II listed 19th Century China clay drying kiln and offers well equipped characterful accommodation with exposed timbers, part wood floors and other understated reminders of the buildings 'china clay' heritage. The Linney is one of five holiday homes in this superbly renovated building, and provides guests with a spacious sitting room with doors to the patio and courtyard, swings for the children, and its own stream that runs past the back of the building. Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Or could it be the cliff-top theatre at Mynack, working harbours, the world famous Eden project or St Michaels Mount, cut off from the mainland by a causeway. Or even the endless activities on offer; the Camel Cycling and Walking Trail, stunning coastal paths or the National Surf Centre at Newquay’s Fistral beach. St Austell / Roche area
Hop in the car and half an hour later you’ll be at the rugged north coast with its rocky coves, towering cliffs and fantastic surfing beaches. The vibrant holiday town of Newquay featuring the new Fistral Beach surf centre and the famous fishing village of Padstow with its quaint harbour and incredible restaurants, as well as the amazing tropical wonders of the Eden Project, are just a short drive away. Visit the south coast, just 10 miles away and explore the old fishing village of Mevagissey, the shipwreck centre at Charlestown, and the stunning Roseland peninsula. Roche has its own choice of shops and pubs, and conveniently lies just off the A30.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
