Sun valley holiday park is everything you would expect form a 5 star Best of British holiday park, sun valley has it all! it boasts one of the finest locations in Britain, within a few minutes’ drive of quaint Cornish fishing ports, fine beaches, and picturesque villages. Sunvalley originated from the estate of Nansladron house, a 200m year old manor house and now a listed building that has now been adapted in to our Apartment.
After winding through the 200 year old cedar tree`s on the main driveway through the park, you are aware of the stunning view`s over the park and it becomes apparent why many of our guests have been holidaying here in excess of 20 years.
We are offering a self catering caravan set in 20 acres of beautiful tendered grounds. 2 minutes from beach. Indoor heated pool, bar/restaurant. Ideal for pure relaxation.

How to get there
M5 to Exeter then take the A30 south.once past Bodmin take the A391 then the A390 to St Austell followed by the B3273 towards Mevagissey. One mile after the village of London Apprentice, you will find the entrance to Sun Valley on your right.

Further details indoors: This modern caravan are designed and fitted for your pleasure, each one sits in a spacious setting with outside picnic table. Most are on level ground, while a few enjoy an elevated position on a valley slope. The caravan has three prettily decorated bedrooms, a comfortable lounge with colour TV and heater; convenient dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
Further details outdoors: Sun valley originated from the estate of nansladron house, a 200 year old manor house and now a listed building you realise this as soon as you drive down the main avenue, winding past massive 200 year old red cedar trees, our facilities include a heated indoor pool, bar/restaurant, games room,2 hard tennis courts, on site shop, laundry room, outdoor play ground/indoor play area. Our resident donkeys and not forgetting the kid’s favourite our many rabbits and goats.

Lettings are deemed to commence 2.30pm on the day of arrival and cease at 10.00am on the day of departure. A condition of booking now is that we receive the cash balance 6 weeks before your holiday commences. All holidays cancelled less than 6 weeks before holiday commences must be paid for if the proprietors are unable to let the property,unless covered by the holiday cancellation plan. At the beginning or end of the season or for reasons beyond sun valley control we reserve the right to withdraw certain amenities.
