About the home

Bay View is situated in Sea Road, with wonderful views over St. Austell Bay. Superbly located for walkers, the South West coastal path is a stones throw away. Carlyon bay Golf Course is a 5 minute walk away as is the unspoiled Port of Charlestown with its harbour-side restaurants. A ten minute drive will take you to The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Fowey and Mevagissey.

The accommodation was totally rebuilt in 2010 and with five bedrooms, the master bedroom is upstairs with a balcony overlooking the bay it also has a dressing room and a large bathroom complete with power shower cubicle, large bath and twin basins. The second bedroom is also upstairs with 3 single beds and an on-suite shower room. There are a further two bedrooms down stairs in the main house one double with on suite shower room and one with full size bunk beds adjacent to the down stairs cloakroom with power shower.

During the rebuilding of Bay View we created a new West wing on the ground floor sleeping 3 persons (accessible through an adjoining door) consisting of large lounge with patio door and glass enclosed balcony, bathroom with bath, power shower cubicle and bidet and a further bedroom with a double and single beds, a patio door and patio at the rear.

Bay View is located in Sea Road Carlyon Bay one of the premier roads in Cornwall just along from the famous Carlyon Bay Hotel and has a fantastic sea front position overlooking the bay.

This five bedroom property was completely rebuilt in 2010 to a new standard and now includes five bedrooms a dressing room and five Bath/shower rooms. The master bedroom is upstairs with balcony overlooking the bay, a king sized bed, dressing room and large bathroom which boasts, twin basins, large bath and power shower cubicle. The second bedroom has three single beds with en-suite power shower room. Down stairs there are two further bedrooms a double with en-suite shower room and a bedroom with twin full size bunk beds. There is a down stairs cloakroom which is also a wet room with a power shower. The rest of the down stairs is largely open plan with lounge dining room and kitchen. There are patios at the front and rear complete with furniture and large lawned gardens for your enjoyment.

The accommodation is very flexible you can rent just the down stairs of the main house for two people or the whole place for twelve persons

You really dont need a car here everything you need is within walking distance. The coastal path with fantastic views, close to the beach, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby, private garden, fully fitted kitchen, bedding and cots available, ftat screen TV hard disc recorder and DVD. Quality local attractions.
