Seaview has been totally renovated during the last two years and now includes three bedrooms to sleep up to six, (one double, one twin with luxury en-suite shower room and one twin, (bunk beds) and new family bathroom.

The bungalow is situated in Sea Road, with wonderful views over St. Austell Bay. Superbly located for walkers, the South West coastal path is a stones throw away. Carlyon bay Golf Course is a 5 minute walk away as is the unspoiled Port of Charlestown with its harbour-side restaurants. A ten minute drive will take you to The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Fowey and Mevagissey.

The accommodation has been totally renovated over the last two years and includes three bedrooms; one double with a view of the bay, one twin with a luxury en-suite shower room and one bedroom with bunk beds. The family bathroom has also been newly re-fitted. The lounge has colour TV and VRC, through dining room with patio doors and a fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is an inside Cloakroom situated between garage and kitchen. The rear garden is largely laid to lawn, complete with patio and garden furniture.
