This luxury apartment is located in the much sought after coastal area of Carlyon Bay, with fantastic uninterrupted views over the golf course and bay. The path outside the apartment leads across the golf course to Carlyon Bay Beach and the coastal path along the cliffs. The well known Carlyon Bay Hotel is less than a 1/4 mile away with the 18th hole of the golf course just at the end of the drive there are two other golf courses in close proximity. For the garden lovers the Eden project, lost gardens of Heligan and Caerhays Castel spring garden are all close by. The property is midway between the well loved Mevagissy and Fowey Harbour. We offer the location and accommodation for the perfect holiday.
The ground floor of Seaview Studio consists of Lounge Shower room & Toilet with stairs leading to the Bedroom with double and single beds, facilities include Fridge, Kettel, Toaster, TV and Radio. There is a small Patio outside the French doors which form the front door.
