Delightful cottage new in 2006 with three bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one is a treble. All have en suite shower rooms and the master bedroom benefits from a Jacuzzi bath and balcony overlooking the 18th green of Carlyon Bay golf course.
The downstairs is an large open plan arrangement with the kitchen, dining and lounge all combined. From the patio you get a panoramic view of the golf course, the bay and the coastal rail track.
The property is equipped with every extra including, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, full central heating, power showers, colour TV with free view, DVD, and VCR.
Now also available a seperate Studio with a lounge which can be used as a bedroom and a first floor bedroom with king size bed and en-suite wet room.

Cornwall's recent history has been rotted in the mining industry of the past century, which was a cornerstone of the Cornish economy; UNIESCO has recently acknowledged the significance of the mining heritage in Cornwall and has picked out several mining heritage sites in both Cornwall and Devon.
In more recent years Cornwall's economy has been grounded in Tourism with plenty of good weather and delightful beaches to put it to the top of many people's holiday destinations. Why not come and enjoy the sand, sea and surf right here in England!

Lovely house ideal for family holidays. We had a great time. Very comfy beds, lounge and kitchen. We would have no problem recommending this lovely house ri iur friends back home.
We have had a great holiday as were attending our sons wedding in Carlyon Bay Hotel. It has been ideal, the location and the equipment has been excellent. We would certainly recommend it to our friends and we expect to return ourselves in the near future.
