The largest town in Cornwall, St. Austell is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday. Boasting a number of top attractions, such as the unique botanical gardens The Eden Project, an interesting brewery tour of St. Austell Breweries (with samples!) and an historical look at the china clay heritage of the town in the Wheal Martyn China Clay Heritage Centre, there is certainly plenty to see and do.

Many thanks for your feedback regarding The Pankiln. This is a very popular and well maintained property, and there has not been feedback on the mattress before your stay. Without the feedback it is often difficult for owners to know of an issue, but immediately after receiving your feedback the owner replaced the mattress. The owners value feedback to improve the comfort of their guests and always act on any problems as soon as they're notified. We do encourage our guests to inform Blue Chip Holidays of any issues during the stay so that we can help address these as quickly as possible, it is unfortunate that on this occasion this didn't happen.
