The Eden Project is a short drive away as are many National Trust properties and gardens. There are many attractions in the area which can offer fun-packed days out for the whole family whatever the weather as well as a host of traditional fishing villages which are well worth a visit. A championship 6500 yard golf course is just 100 yards away with the renowned Cornish coastal path adjacent offering excellent walks and breathtaking views. In the evening stroll to the nearby hotel for a drink or relax in the large enclosed gardens.

This spacious and comfortable accommodation has been tastefully furnished with a homely feel, and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 large double and 1 twin both with TVs. Bathroom: with bath, separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large open-plan area with TV, video, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen offers an electric cooker with gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Store room with garden chairs, few beach games, windshield and space to store mountain bikes and surf boards. Outside: large, enclosed communal gardens. Amenities: ample parking which is approached via security gates. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking in the apartment. Additional info: the apartment is laid out in a way that might also suit disabled or elderly persons. Regret no children under 6. Short breaks are welcome in off-peak times and are charged at 90% of the weekly cost. Location: shop and pub walking distance, Par beach 2 miles.
