This quaint old terraced cottage has undergone complete renovation and now provides a good standard of accommodation filled with traditional charm. Conveniently located on the A390 and close to the Luxulyan Valley which is a walkers paradise with its public paths and woodland treks. The beach of Par is 2 minutes by car, which leads to several other sandy beaches and secluded coves. The famous Eden Project is also 2 minutes away, as well as many other local attractions, including the riverside towns of Lostwithiel and Fowey and the beautiful harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey nearby.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. Also an additional fold up bed is available on request. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: cosy room with TV, DVD and woodburner. Kitchen: gallery style with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Conservatory with dining area and tumble dryer. Outside: large garden with furniture and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels and electric heating included. Regret no pets. Additional info: regret no young children under 8 due to steep garden. Location: beach 2 miles, pub and shop 1 mile.
