Situated on the hillside less than 200 yards from the traditional Cornish fishing harbour of Mevagissey. Dining room: on the ground floor reached through low doorway with seating for 4. Kitchen: also on the ground floor is well-equipped country style with hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Outside: small garden and small decked patio area to the front of the property with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: hillside allocated parking space is available approximately 300 yards from the property. Bed linen, towels and electric included. High chair and travel cot available on request. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: nearest beach is Pentewan which is approximately 2 miles. Shops and pub all within walking distance. Arrival: 3.30pm.
