This beautiful cottage set in the heart of the rolling Normandie country side has been renovated to high standard,and is well equipped for all your holiday needs .The ground floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen/dining area ,and a lounge with beautiful panoramic views. The first floor has a large bedroom with two single beds and an en suite shower and toilet, and is fully air conditioned.
The cottage is set in its own south facing lawned garden and is ideal for that quiet get-away.

The Normandy / Manche region

The Normandy La Manche area has everything for the enegetic or for those who just want to see the main tourist atractions Mont St Michel, World War II Museums & beaches are all within easy reach.
The beach, just 25mins away is an attraction in itself, safe and sandy .
Granville and cancale, both within easy reach offer superb fish restaurants.

The cottage has all the information about the surrounding area to hand.

St Aubin de Terregatte / Ducey area

The cottage La Landriere is situated in a small hamlet just a three minute drive from the village of St Aubin de Terregatte, here you will find a boulangerie, bar/post office and church. From St Aubin take the road to Ducey (3km) which passes through the Ardenne forest, a place of lovely walks and a cool oasis on a hot summers day.
The village of Ducey sits on the banks of the river Selunne, famous for its salmon fishing, here you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants,and also a street market every Tuesday morning.
Close to the river is the Chateau Montgommery with its beautiful gardens ,open in the summer to visitors,and is well worth a visit.

The cottage will be available to you from 3pm on the day of your arrival, and we ask that you vacate the property before 11am on the day of your departure.

Conditions

Towels, linen and utilities are included in the cost.
25% deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
A breakage deposit of £30.00 is required. Which is returned to you on day of departure.
