This lovely house enjoys the peace and quiet of the deep countryside yet is within easy reach of the medieval towns and villages such as Caylus, Parisot, St Antonin Noble Val and Villefranche de Rouergue. The conversion has achieved a spacious and light filled house, retained most of the original timber beams and the stone walls and ensures a cool ambient temperature during the summer warmth of the South.
Ideal for families for besides the swimming pool, there is also badminton, boules, table tennis, and bicycles for adults and children. Not far is the lovelly medieval town of St. Antonin-Noble-Val in the Aveyron Gorge where canoes can be hired to explore the river and the cascades. Available nearby are all the activities of rock climbing, hang gliding, horseriding, tennis, walking etc.

In the sitting area at one end there are two large sofas, armchairs and a wood burner. At the other end is the fully fitted kitchen and dining area. There is also a laundry/store room which houses the washing machine.There is a downstairs lavatory. On the upper floor, there are four double bedrooms, two of which have double beds and two with twin beds, a bathroom and fully fitted shower room. The total floor area extends to 175 Sq. Mtrs.
Further details outdoors: La Grange is set In mature grounds extending to an acre which provides ample space for all outside activities and natural shade. The area of the swimming pool is 10m x 5m plus a 3m x 1.5m stepped Roman end. It is available for exclusive use from 1 June to 30 September.
