The impressive front aspect leads into the ground floor comprising a large, bright lounge with impressive original fireplace, shower room and a very well equipped kitchen with direct access to the rear terrace and swimming pool.
From the ground floor, stairs lead up to the main sleeping area offering 3 bedrooms (2 x doubles and a double plus bunk beds) and a large family bathroom.
All the bedrooms are very spacious and light and offer wonderful views across the countryside.
There is also an annexe which can sleep a further 2 people if necessary.
The house is 3 minutes drive from Varen which offers direct access to the Aveyron river, a bakery, bar, restaurant and small convenience store and is perfectly situated to discover this lovely region.
The medieval villages of St Antonin Noble Val & Najac are 15 minutes drive away.
