The beautiful unspoilt village of Elie is set in the East Neuk of Fife, only 20 minutes drive from historic St Andrews. There is a frequent bus service to St Andrews direct from the village.The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including local shops , golf courses, watersports, beaches and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

This stunning luxury two level apartment with sea views is set within an impressive Scottish baronial style building which borders the 9-hole Elie Golf Course and is only two minutes walk from the long sandy award -winning beach.
Six Golf Court provides a relaxing and elegant base from which to explore the East Neuk of Fife. This beautiful apartment forms the front corner of an imposing stone building with sea views and contains everything you might need to make your stay in the East Neuk a memorable one.

Converted to a very high standard this property consists of, on the ground floor, entrance hall with storage for shoes/coats, spacious open plan sitting room and dining area with coal/effect gas fire ,i-pod docking station and BT Vision unlimited package (with movies) TV, good-sized modern fitted kitchen, again with small dining table and cloakroom with w.c. and wash-hand basin.

Incorporated in the open plan living area is the elegant original stair giving access to a master bedroom with king sized bed, flat screen freeview TV/DVD, and en-suite shower room. Also on the first floor , with views over the River Forth to East Lothian are a further two twin bedrooms, and a good-sized family bathroom with a large free standing shower, bath, WC and wash-hand basin.
All the bedrooms have sea views.

The apartment is very well equipped with LCD TV with BT Vision unlimited, DVD , stereo, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, espresso maker, filter coffee maker and toaster. A telephone and WI-FI are also available on an “honesty box” basis.

There are two extra fold down beds, a high chair and a travel cot available on request.

Only 20 minutes drive away from Elie ,St Andrews is a town meant for exploring. The medieval layout of the town centre remains intact-take time to explore - and take pleasure at the surprises and delights you will find. For many visitors, though, it's a game that draws them here, for St Andrews is the home of golf, the sport having been played here for some 600 years. The Old Course is arguably the most famous golf course in the world, and the Royal and Ancient Golf Club is still the ruling body for the rules of golf.

Elie is only one hours drive from Edinburgh for those wishing to combine the delights of this beautiful city with the tranquillity of the East Neuk . With Scotland's most famous castle dominating the city skyline, there is plenty to see and do with the perfect balance between all things traditional and contemporary.

“Outstanding” This is the third time we have stayed here which shows what we think of the place. It is, quite simply, superb. It was formerly a large hotel and has been converted into really well proportioned accomodation. The rooms are really large rooms with high ceilings but it is warm and cosy. Three bedrooms upstairs (one en suite) and a large lounge dining area and kitchen on the ground floor with an adjacent toilet. The kitchen was possibly better appointed than our kitchen at home. It has been spotlessly clean. It is a stone's throw away from the beach, golf and tennis and the local pubs are handily placed with good grub and booze on tap ! Elie is a terrific place to go with kids in particular and this place accommodated two parents and three noisy kids with loads of space. Highly recommended.
