Guests love the breath taking, uninterrupted views over St Andrews Bay and both The Eden and Tay Estuaries.

The Summit Lodge is situated on an elevated and private four acre site. This contemporary house is finished and furnished to a very high standard with oak flooring throughout, central heating, solar power, a super efficient wood burning stove, SMART TV and free WIFI.

St Andrews has global recognition as "The Home Of Golf" and the immediate area offers an abundance of world class courses thus The Summit Lodge is a ideal location for all golf enthusiasts.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, endless woodlands, hills and walks The Summit Lodge is a haven for birds and wildlife of all kinds. With extensive garden/play areas and private parking adjoining the property, it has something for all to enjoy.

St Andrews, with its diversity of restaurants, bars and cafes, is only a ten minute drive away.

The accommodation consists of a very spacious, open plan living/dining/kitchen/study, a fully equipped utility room/cloakroom with WC and WHB, a large master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a good sized family bathroom with separate shower.

Large patio doors lead from the living area onto a glass fronted balcony which enjoys the panoramic views described above - ideal for an alfresco breakfast in the morning sun.

From the study area, patio doors again lead onto a generous, partly covered deck which captures the evening sun, great for outside wining and dining.

Both inside and out, space, privacy and luxury make this a genuine retreat with a difference.

Close by are many award winning beaches, picturesque fishing villages, castles, museums and an amazing cycle path, along the East Neuk coastline.
