Old Largoward is situated down a leafy lane, bordered by fields, on the edge of the small village of Largoward, about 6 miles from St. Andrews in the East Neuk of Fife.

And it's here, tucked away behind a beech hedge, that you will find Old Largoward (sleeps 7) and The Neuk (sleeps 2) and Easter Cottage (sleeps 6). Old Largoward and The Neuk are both completely self contained, and can be rented separately or together, by way of adjoining doors and Easter Cottage is less than 50 metres away. Old Largoward is a welcoming and altogether delightful cottage with it's own large, enclosed private garden with fabulous views of the Firth of Forth.

Newly refurbished to a very high standard, inside is fresh and bright, with the comforts of home. Superbly equipped with i-pod docks/DAB radios in all the bedrooms and underfloor heating in the large en-suite bathroom.

Relax in the sitting room, after an enjoyable day's sight seeing, with logs crackling in the wood burning stove, comfy leather sofas, Sky + TV and WiFi.

There is well a equipped dining kitchen boasting an electric range cooker and everything you may need for a spot of baking!

All on one level, it provides a safe environment for children, pets and guests of limited mobility.

The garden is large and enclosed, with leafy trees and a fenced patio area. There is garden furniture including table and chairs. And, to keep the children busy while you relax - a large play fort with slide, large look out platform, hideout, rope ladder, cargo net, swings, trapeze and monkey bars.

Please note: We love dogs and they are very welcome at Old Largoward, however, we do ask that dogs are not left unsupervised within the property at any time. We rented the whole property and loved it. Plenty of space in all rooms. Beds clean and very comfortable, apart from the single bed . The mattress was of poor quality and the springs could be felt through the sheets, so we did not use it. The kitchen, like the rest of the cottage was very modern and very well equipped . A lovely luxury welcome pack and lit log burner awaited us on arrival. The cottage is close to all amenities but far enough away to feel secluded. The children loved feeding the chickens and playing with all the games that were available.
A real home from home that will not disappoint.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We always value any suggestions our guests make about improving Old Largoward. I am pleased to say that we have added an additional fridge so there is now ample space for holiday goodies. Also, the mattress on the single bed has been replaced. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay with us and I hope we can welcome you back to Old Largoward for your holidays in the future.
Best wishes
