The Haven is a secluded luxury 1st floor apartment, part of a large detached 19th century country house. With great access to both St Andrews and Dundee, it is a fabulous location for your holiday or business trip. Approached along a gravel driveway, the house sits in an oasis of gardens with the river bubbling past. The surrounding environment is a wildlife-spotter's delight, with otters, deer, pheasant and grouse making their homes in and around Millhouse and neighbouring fields.

The apartment has 2 luxury bedrooms: the first with a zip-and-link king bed that can also be made up as twins, and the second with twin beds. There is a stylish kitchen, fully stocked with ample utensils for 4 people and featuring a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer.

The attractive lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table with seating for 4. The bathroom has a bath with shower above, toilet and wash hand basin.

The Haven has gas fired central heating and plenty of car parking. Freeview TV, free Wi-Fi and extensive library of movies are available for free for everyone's entertainment.

The Haven has its own entrance (stairs to the first floor) and is handily situated just a few minutes' walk from Leuchars train station which is on the main East Coast train line. Leuchars Station is a frequent stop for the local buses and taxi services. The main bus route has buses which run every 15 minutes and provides fast and frequent access to St. Andrews. The area is also extremely well served by taxis.

Families with young children please be aware that there is a burn running through the grounds of the house.
