Apartment | 2 bedrooms | sleeps 4
Refurbished 2 bedroomed apartment, 5 minutes walk from the ancient centre of St Andrews (South Street) and under 15 minutes walk from the historic Old Course golf course and beautiful West Sands beach. The apartment sleeps 4; there is a large lounge with a flat screen TV , a recently upgraded kitchen with a dining area, a newly fitted bathroom with shower and a refurbished double and twin bedroom.
There is a private covered car parking space which is particularly beneficial as parking can be quite difficult in St Andrews, especially in the summer season.

This is a second floor apartment in a modern building with secure access (key required). Although only 5 minutes from the centre of St Andrews the building is very quiet.

The Fife region
The fife area has one of the most beautiful coastlines in Scotland with the famous Fife coastal path. St Andrews is popular with visitors because of it's beauty, history and selection of bars, restaurants and varied activities. There are also many other coastal villages worth visiting while in the area; Elie, Crail and Anstruther are particularly popular but I would recommend St Monans and Pittenwein as a quiter option but offering an insight into the traidional fishing life with coffee shops and local galleries to wander round and enjoy.
One of Europe's finest towns, St Andrews is a place of history, learning and culture, a wonderful coastal resort, and the world's home of golf.
A beautiful university town , St Andrews has a cosmopolitan feel during term time with students from all over the world coming to St Andrews to enjoy the culture and freedom of a safe, clean environment. Similarly in the summer many foreign vistors enjoy the attractions of St Andrews along with day visitors from all over Scotland.
St Andrews is small enough to be able to walk round the town and enjoy the many sites such as the famous old course golf course, the beautiful East and West sands beaches and historic ruins. There are activities for adults and children particularly enjoyable are the Aquarium, museum, botanic gardens, leisure centre and cinema - all on your doorstep.
All St Andrews reataurants, bars and local attractions are within walking distance from the apartment which will help make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible

"Best place to stay in St Andrews"
My dad flew in from America and me and my husband wanted to treat him to a visit to St Andrews. He has somewhat picky tastes and he is on a budget so we were kind of in pickle for finding suitable accommodation. We go to St Andrews often and we know that the hotels and B&Bs can be over priced for the standard of accommodation they offer so thought it would be best to get a holiday let for the weekend. Out of all the available lets, this was by far the best option in terms of price and quality. And we had such a pleasant surprise when we walked in the door- everything looks brand new and it was clear that the flat is professionally cleaned, it just had that wow factor that you don't get from looking at the pictures on the ad! And, to make it even better, Judy was so accommodating. Coffee and milk was provided for, and there was a folder of all helpful tips on local amenities and info to help your stay go smoothly (wifi access code, where to put out rubbish etc). She even let us leave the car in their parking spot after we checked-out so we could go exploring just before leaving St Andrews. Really, I can not recommend Judy's place enough. if there is only one downside, the keys are a bit tricky to manage. But once you get the knack of it, its fine :)
thanks for the wonderful stay!
I'm so glad you enjoyed your holiday in St Andrews and the flat was exactly what you were looking for. Thanks again for leaving it so tidy on departure, much appreciated. JG

"Bright, well decorated flat. Excellent location - short walk to town for small children"
Lovely bright spacious flat, well decorated, with everything you could need e.g. Wifi, x-box, games, Lego, DVDs, etc. Excellent location for walking with small children. We had a lovely time and would thoroughly recommend it.

This is a great flat, really well done out with all mod cons and also some games and DVD's which we all enjoyed. The parking space was also a plus. We had snow both days so the owner left an xbox and a laptop for the boys to amuse themselves which was great but We really didn't need it as the flat is only 5 minutes walk to the centre and nearest coffee shop!! Also tried Little Italy which was recommended - excellent. We'll definitely be back and would stay here again.
