This tastefully decorated apartment was everything we could ask for in a holiday home. With 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, 6 of us spent a very comfortable week here. Fully equipped for 6, the property is set in a sheltered mature garden on the outskirts of the town. Close to the many facilities St Andrews had to offer and within easy driving distance of Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh, this was the ideal base to explore the delights of Fife and beyond. After a busy day sightseeing it was great to relax with a barbeque in the peaceful surroundings. The warm welcome and the extra touches like the barbeque and the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk etc were much appreciated. We'd definitely recommend this property and hope to be back very soon. |

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
I have based the rates on a weekly basis which we stick to in the busy holiday months. However we are flexible when it is not peak season. I have had some longer lets for a month at a time where we are negotiable with regards to the rental price. I have also had a few shorter lets for long weekends when we are not so busy.
It is a good idea to get in touch with us to find out if we can suit your needs.
We take 25% of the full price as a deposit to secure the rental period.
A cheque in the post will be fine or we can give you details to do a bank transfer.
We don't have the facility at the moment to take cards over the phone.
